The employee was standing drinking his iced drink while I stand waiting to to put in my order. Once I receive my food I tried to find a table that was clean. I cleaned the table that I sat at. Then I noticed that there was french fries on the window sill and floor next to the table I sat at. This was 3:15 in the afternoon. And to top it off my food was cold.

Just got my lunch from you guys, maybe like 10-15 mins ago. 2 bacon McDoubles, LARGE FRY and large coke. I feel like I got a med fryand you dumped it in a large cup. Aside from the 10 I ate driving back to work, I feel rather jipped outta fries. When I first grabbed one I thought “ well this seems alittle less. Maybe some fell out in the bag. So I got to work.. nope. Please make sure you’re actually giving LARGE fries to people who order them large. Not dumping a med one in a large container

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I don’t care about customer service or anything I just wanna eat. The cashier was very rude. She flicked us off when we were outside because of a mix up. The cashier brought us a bag with ranch with the food and said stop asking for ranch but we’d get only one for like 3 mcchickens. Turns out the bag they gave us wasn’t even ours and we got blamed for it. This then got the cook to come out and start treating us like we’re 5 saying you aren’t supposed to touch the bags and everything. He kept repeating the rule then said take it outside cuz he was offended.

Ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins....wrong order in drive-thru. Got 1 ham not sausage. No refund. Very dissatisfied. Won't go there again.

Really comes down to the app. But this store did something I’ve never seen. I don’t eat onions. We ordered 3 mcdoubles. No onions no pickles. Usually onions are placed on the top with the ketchup. We looked.. everything looked great at first glance. But like i sensed onions. lol. These guys placed onions between the patties of all three. I’m posting this review with the video so when we’re done trick or treating I’ll have some proof that what happened 3 hours prior was legit. Sorry for the creepy video. Staff was cool. I know it happens. I’ll delete once i get it resolved
$0.99 coffee means whatever size they feel like giving you. Handed me a medium. I said I wanted a large. Manager said, that's what we made.

The service was fast but the hygiene of the place is terrible. Inside the garbage cans are full of garbage that falls on the floor and the employees walk past it and even step on it but do not pick it up. The area where drinks are dispensed does not even have napkins, not to mention that the entire counter including the floor is sticky from the time it has not been cleaned. It leaves a lot to be desired, because if that's where the customers eat is like this, let's imagine what it will be like inside where the food is made.
