Worst store in the entire world and I have had McDonald's in 24 cou trues and throughout the US. This should be sold or closed!!! Very sad.

Self service drink station never has Ice cubes only little shreds of crushed ice. Sweet tea is way to sweet and sometimes taste like it’s been sitting in the container for a week it becomes almost syrup tasting it’s gross

Threatens drive through customers to throw objects at them, 8pm hr another girl making threats and cussing a storm out loud. Uneasy feeling, and very concerned for public safety here. Very concerned of employees threats and actions. Public safety could be at risk if they lose control of their emotions. And it seems like all of them. Even the manager.

food was good but they made my shake wrong. And the rest of our my family order was wrong i want back in the store waiting 10 minutes to be helped and i was completely ignored by staff and waited for other 10 minutes and finally got helped and then after he remade my order he threw the straw on the counter what terrible customer service they have they always get mad when we come in for help but they always kind in the drive through mcdonald’s staff are rude!

This store deactivates ordering though the app every morning until after 7am, forcing me to drive to the next McDonald's, 3 miles away.

This used to be a great McDonald's. Now the food is always cold. Including the drive-thru. My app has not worked in over 2 years there, and they always apologize, because they have issues with it. They confirm this. Please make this a better McDonald's again, the area is growing. I prefer McDonald's not the Burger King next door..
What happened to these "fast food places"? I arrived 2nd in line at the drive thru menu with my mobile order already in at 10:17 AM . I then sat with 4 other cars in the curbside pickup until 10:43. Apparently we were waiting for fresh hash browns. Yikes, I think sitting down at Bob Evans would have been quicker.

My McChicken was free and I'm still not sure it was worth it, might have been the saddest chicken sandwich I've ever had. On top of the sandwich being of poor quality they didn't make how I asked either, I asked for extra pickles and it only had 2 sad little pickles.

i stop at this mcdonald’s almost every other morning for breakfast n im always greeted by some of the sweetest ladies! a lovely woman named helen n two other women who wear glasses! unfortunately i haven’t gotten their names. my food is usually always fresh n steaming hot when given to me n their amazing customer service is what keeps me coming back! :)
