I was handed the wrong order, and even after pointing out that the order number didn’t match, the staff insisted it was correct. Their explanation? “We had two of the same orders.” Then they wrote the correct order number on the wrong bag and handed it to me anyway.
I delivered the food, and — no surprise — the customer said it was incorrect. They even had a photo of the food to prove it. I returned to the restaurant, simply trying to get the right order, but the staff member refused to look at the photo or take any responsibility. She said she knew it was the right order and there was “nothing else to talk about.”
The customer called me asking for help, so I asked if the staff would speak with them directly to explain. That’s when the manager stepped in and said, “We have a store to run. Good luck doing your job,” and walked away — without speaking to the customer at all.
Eventually, they told me the only way the customer could get their food was by going through the app — even though this entire problem started with the restaurant handing out the wrong food.
I relayed all of this to the customer, then tried to pick up my next delivery — only to be told I was being trespassed from the property and wouldn’t be given the order.
All I was doing was trying to make things right for the customer. Instead, I was met with arrogance, denial, and hostility — and punished for doing the bare minimum of my job.

To the girl who just made my large iced coffee wit a shot of espresso 3 cream & a caramel drizzle girllllll u did that...best iced coffee I ever had for real ...made to perfection and it tasted so fresh...this is my home McDonald's and I never have a problem with anything I order from here but that coffee was life!

I'm giving three stars because the food tasted decent. The customer service was very lacking and the dining room was dirty with french fries all in my seat at breakfast time. The employees act like they rather be any place else than here. My daughter stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no one helping her She just needed some syrup for her pancakes.

Worst service ever, one person dispatches both drive thru and in store purchases and prioritizes drive thru. I made a mobile order, the app read that it was ready but I was standing there forever waiting for the lady to take care of drive thru first. Horrible service!

Wrong food, excessive wait times for one single meal, argumentative cashier with an attitude, my food was not what I ordered, when I go to tell the ladies that the food is not what I ordered, they proceed to talk negatively about me to my face. Despite that, I still told him to have a nice day. It wasn't crazy busy so I'm not sure why they were sassy but I just wouldn't go back. Too much money for a gross meal and an attitude.

Came in after work to get a quarter pounder with cheese. The sandwich was delicious. It was well put together, and I am super glad and relieved that I went to this mcdonald's because they actually care and had fantastic service all around.
