I ordered from kiosk and took my number to the table. After waiting for a good little while I took my number up to see why it was taking so long. I find my meal just sitting on the counter. No one around and they never even called out the order was ready. I was assuming the number was so they could bring it to the table. So the fries were colder than I like. Order was correct so that is a plus. But as I was finishing up I found the longest black hair I have ever been served from any restaurant. Thank God I didn't find this in the food. So given how dirty most of the tables were the service and the hair I gave it 2 stars.

Seriously? #7 plain with a coke was my order, that's 2 cheeseburgers PLAIN.WHY TF WOULD I ORDER JUST ONE OF THESE PLAIN AND NOT THE OTHER!?!That's exactly how you rang up my order, 1 plain..I swear it's every single McDonald's, there's ALWAYS a problem. Most of the time it's been none of you know what PLAIN means.Along with the 2 cheeseburger only coming out half correct, the fries I got were unsalted which was not ordered.

Every morning I order a number one with a large coffee regular milk and Sweet and low they can never get it right I get a small coffee with no milk no sugar when I do say something about I get a dirty look .

Used the app to order and asked for no ketchup. Yet, it was on both of the burgers I asked to not have it on. As I'm allergic to tomatoes, they could not be eaten. Since the restaurant was a passing place on the way home from a very long drive, it was not worth it to go back and return them.In addition to the ketchup issue, the large fries seemed 3/4 full, not a full portion.
