Horrible service, if I could leave a 0 star I would. The soda was expired, edamame was mooshy the food was absolutely horrible and tasted nasty. The owner was arguing with me stating that the person next to me liked the same roll which has nothing to do with how I feel about it. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I believe in making your customers happy and the only thing she did was argue with me saying I was wrong. GARBAGE!

We are regulars and the food is typically good. I understand that orders can get messed up but lately the food has been very inconsistent. I’m more than a few occasions our food has been ice cold, and we only live two minutes from the restaurant. Don’t tell me the pick up time is 30 minutes and then I get there and the food is sitting there in a bag, and apparently had been sitting there for quite some time for the food to not even be warm. The prices are not cheap by any means and the portions are not the biggest, but we really like the food because it’s fresh and made to order but this has happened one too many times, and we are very disappointed. I called to let them know, but doesn’t seem like anybody cared nor did they call me back to apologize or make it right. I think they better get it together or they’re not going to stay in business.

My boyfriend and I love this place, the servers we have had are great. Very helpful, and talk very highly about the food as well. We have had rice dishes and sushi so far. I hope to try more things there! The menu is extremely broad, they have so much to choose from! Highly recommended ?

Third time at Nam in a two month span. Service is Very Very attentive. Food is high quality in presentation, flavor and feel (yes, feel). Always tasting fresh.Ordered the Volcano, Spring Rolls, Potstickers and lobster rangoons.Rolls have pork and shrimp. Very interesting and tasteful and a good portion.Volcano is an experience. Both cool and hot temperatures. Def recommend this entree.I regret not taking more pictures.Survey says! … Get Some!!
