Imma be real the food is great but god these people suck. I’ve seen reviews saying the delivery minimum is $40 but they’ve told me $30 randomly today even though we’ve previously ordered meals for delivery that cost no more than $15. Idk there’s Chinese places all over so it don’t really matter. They don’t care either. One time the delivery man came to our store and got into a yelling match over the phone in our work office with a coworker. It was awful.

I just gave a review about how wonderful this place is. However it seems I spoke too soon. I received tonight’s order missing an important part of the entree. I called and they said they would bring it. I really didn’t want to eat my Egg Foo Yung with out it’s gravy. It’s just veggie and egg that way. I could make that. The gravy never came. So I now have cold egg foo yung looking sad and forgotten on my kitchen counter, I can’t even go get the gravy tomorrow due to the Holiday. I will have to hold on to it and hope they will give me gravy on Friday so I can at least eat it as leftovers. I was going to make my own but I don’t have all the ingredients. I realize they are busy. I realize it was an accident but I am so disappointed. I was really looking forward to it. My house is a 4 minute drive from the restaurant. I paid a delivery fee and a 20% tip. What good is a delivery if you have to go get part of the order after it’s delivered. I will give them another chance but felt so put out over this I had to sort of amend my review.

Does not allow customers to use their restroom. I had already paid and was waiting. Also, after I sat down and started to eat, I was asked to leave. Even though there are no signs and two clean tables to eat at, I was told that "we are so sorry but we do NOT allow customers to eat here." This, after being told that their one restroom was for employee use only.
Also, the food was mediocre. $8.50 for a lunch special that includes a drink. I got about an ounce of veggies and six tiny shrimp, plus about 2 pounds of fried rice. Unless you are taking it home to eat, and you really love rice as a main dish, I would go elsewhere.
(I know that dining establishments MUST provide restrooms for customers to use. See FS 509.221 Sanitary regulations, paragraph 2.)

The food here is always good, and I usually order for pickup. I decided to order for delivery this time. When I called to place my order no one asked me if it was cash or card. The lady told me my total and she hung up the phone. When I call back to verify that I can pay with card, a man tells me yes not to worry that I can pay the delivery guy with my card. When the delivery guy gets here he says only cash, no card. I explained to the deliver guy that I was told that I can pay card with him, but he said no that I couldn’t. So when I call the restaurant back, they tell me that only cash for delivery. And i explained that I called and I was told by someone there that I can pay with the delivery driver. Then I ask if I can pay over the phone with my card since the delivery man was here. The person on the phone goes on to tell me that I cannot because it needs to be $40 or more. The customer service needs to improve.

Don’t order a delivery from this place they tell you 40 minutes then no show 1:40 minutes later they show up food is cold. they told me we will make another one and have it there in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later they call and ask if I want them to make again!!! They don’t care about their customers at all they act like it’s your fault bad Customer Service.
This place does not have bean sprouts or water chestnuts. Come on! How can you be a Chinese restaurant without two staples?! Also, they are too cheap to include fortune cookies with your meals! I'm just making this review so I know not to come back to this place again. Too many other options that are better stocked.

This restaurant has decent enough food, but they are always doing shady practices. The images of the menu does not reflect the current prices. They know it and they don't go in and take a new picture and post it on here so they have the correct one. Any tips you put on your credit card do not go to the staff, it goes to the owner. I am done supporting their business

The lady at the front desk says she's a manager is the worst person ever the food might be decent and the workers are good but the managers trash can make you never want to go back and she minimizes the dishes and have them do certain stuff on accordingly. For never good cuz the energy she gives.
