Didn't care for the host guy.. There was no one to seat us so we say down and he made us move which was fine .. Just the way he approached us. . oh so you seated yourself? Oh well.. Good was ok but prices kinda steep.. Paid three dollars for a cup of coffee to go and it was awful...

Rolls were rock hard, salad was old, and the interior is very dated. I have the feeling that the place is stuck in a nineties time warp. Seems to me that the place was great, bit they got stuck in a rut and couldn't keep up with change. However there is one very shining difference. The prime rib is great. This restaurant would get one or two stars if it wasn't for that. So if you like prime rib give it a shot.

The food was very tasty, quality and portion was very good. However waiting for 1 hr while there were only 6 tables occupied was a bit too long. We had to ask for the bread and the salad which was supposed to be included in the dinner. We were never offered side choices with the meal. The meal arrived with sides that we didn't order and part of the main dish was missing.

Apparently there are new owners the last few months..so I read the reviews and most said the kitchen was slow. I called and asked if the menu was the same..I was told yes...which was a bit of a fib. The prior owners had 10 entrees under $10 the new people got rid of that.

Niko's used to be one of our favorites in New Port Richey. Stopped in last night after shopping, big mistake. Food was slow coming out of the kitchen even though there were few people in there. 2 sandwiches took 45 minutes and mine was missing the french fries. They came out 5 minutes later. I was told to be careful as they were very hot. Apparently room temperature is hot to the staff there. We will not be going back, besides questionable service, long wait time, and mediocre quality food, the prices have gone up. We will not be returning.

ALWAYS Great food and service. We've been to Nikos for regular dinners and also for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They do need more help during the holidays tho and you should make your reservations well in advance. Great food and people.

Under new ownership, value of food has went down greatly. Pepper decoration on plate more important then timeliness of getting food out. We used to be able to get a good meal and be out in a reasonable time. Hard to say I would go back since changes. Gave new owners 2 visits after taking over about 2 weeks apart. Timing didn't get any better.

Our first time here. We ordered the schnitzel and Capri penne dinners (and 2 for 1 drinks). Both dinners included shrimp cocktail, salad, rolls, and a side. The food was excellent. The portions were huge. Our waitress, Dee G. was friendly, pleasant, and answered all of our questions about the menu.
Staff was great. Friendly place. Food was great. Authentic old style restuarant food. Seafood was great. Steak cooked perfect. Felt at home. Will be back.

We had a birthday party here for my mother, recommended by other family because I had never been to the restaurant prior. I give a thumbs up all around, the staff was accomidating in every way, before and during the event. The food was great and tje portions were more than enough, everyone was impressed. The waitresses were on point the entire time, no ones glass was ever empty! Just an all around great experience. The room we had could fit up to 50 people, I am not sure if they offer any bigger venues. I highly recommend Nikos for parties or just to dine.

Don't waste your time or money! Bad service, bad food and bad experience. Only one salad dressing, house. We asked for just oil and vinegar as the house salad wasn't tasty. We never heard of a restaurant who only offers one salad dressing! Server got mad at me for ordering my prime rib slightly pink. He rebuked me for ordering my meat that way. I asked what was the correct way and he said, medium well! When I asked how would my meat look like he said slightly pink...really? The restaurant wasn't very clean. Again I unwittingly made our server upset again. I tried to remind him we had come because there was a $12.99 special on the 12oz. prime rib. He argued that there wasn't a special despite my showing him the ad online. He told us that it was not true and the real price was $19.99 because in his words, "It's prime!" He told us that it must be at another Nikko's even though we were at the correct address!!! If I could give no stars I would but I must give it 5 stars for the most ridiculous and awful server we had bar none!!! Our experience there was so bad that it has become comical remembering our "Prime" experience from the worst server and overall restaurant of all time.

Came with family in around noon. Greeted by owner and staff when coming in. Had lots of options for seafood and steak. Menu did have ribs, burgers, salads, etc.. Value was fair for prices there. Experience wise, nice sit down place. You can tell has some age. It is still presentable for today's standards. Had no compliants about the food.

Last night we had our first experience at Niko‘s place let me tell you from start to finish everything was absolutely amazing. The restaurant was pretty busy when we got there around 5 o'clock due to having a couple of private parties so my boyfriend I decided to sit at the bar Lara Lee was the bartender and our server and let me just tell you she's out of this world she never made us feel that she was overwhelmed or busy even though the bar was packed. We both ordered off the super special menu I had the prime rib my boyfriend had the captains platter let me tell you everything was amazing the food quality was exceptional I love the fact that we got shrimp cocktail, a salad and a loaf of bread for both of us to share it was absolutely to die for. We each had a cocktail with dinner, our bill came to $52 for everything ( we both expected it to be way more due to the quality of the food) which was very affordable. We will be back for sure!
