Hard to say which is worse, the garbage food or the non-existent customer service they didn't even have any sort of manager in tonight it was basically on autopilot and just an absolute disaster

Arrived at 1:50 pm on November 21st, 2024 and was helped by the young gentleman behind the counter. He first got my order wrong by mixing up the orders with the meats with the rice and chow mein. He then put back the orange chicken into the serving wok then attempted to put beef and broccoli on top of the now orange chicken covered chow mein. I decided to upgrade my orange chicken rice dish to a two entree bowl, with and beef and broccoli but instead added another order of a two bowl entree with double chicken as well as my two original orders. Oh and I ordered a small chow mein. In order to stop his confusion I just took what he made and had to pay 10 dollars more than originally attended.
Edit: I did the survery online and commented on the website, but have not heard a response yet.
Habib and chrissy were absolutely outstanding and amazing at customer service and I definitely will come back if I’m in the area just to see them again

We drove 20 miles just to have a Panda Express and was not disappointed. Thank you for great service served ample portions and I even got a smile and a giggle from the serious staff person.
In order to see the menu you have to go to the front of the line where you pay, the staff were not friendly and rushed me. The rice is plain and mushy, no flavor at all. As for everything else it’s just chicken covered in a thick motor oil texture of sauce. Drive a few extra minutes for a spot to get real asian food, not this slop. As for the atmosphere, think about every annoying song you’ve ever heard on the radio and that’s what they are playing here.

Matt and renny were really awesome!! The general manager of that location is also extremely pleasant and treats his staff very well. Everyone at that location was very patient and helpful 10/10 .
I just order food from this location and man was it horrible orange chicken was not sweet bejin beef was also not sweet both meats had the spice kick but was bland no flavor at all.

We went in this morning about 11:15. 3 people were working. 2 guys 1 girl. We were ignored. They just kept walking past us while we tried to make eye contact. We were the only ones there so this makes it worse. I placed our order. We go to register, he only made one plate. I said 2. He ignored his co-worker, then us again. We had to wait for the cashier to make it. The rice was cold and the attitudes of all there was horrid. This was a staple place for me. We will Never be back!!! Many other places in area to eat!!! When you want a $15 hr salary, don't ignore the people who make purchases!

Terrible terrible service, over the last 2 years there has been a rapid decline at this store. First, why do you make customers who are there in person wait until you complete all the door dash orders? By the time the people in person got to the counter to order, there was no food left. Causing them to wait even longer. Today we wait 15 minutes at the counter before we were served. Then another 15 minutes until the food was prepared. Correct me if I’m wrong, but shouldn’t people who are there in person to eat in the restaurant be served first? Or at least be a priority? I understand door dash is now a big thing, but why are DoorDash customers getting priority over customers who show up in person? Second, if you are going to prepare DoorDash orders first, which causes the food to run out, can you at least stop packaging up half orders until the rest of the food is done? After ordering, the person put two my items that were available into the container and then sat it on the counter until the rice was ready which caused the entree items to get cold. So I got hot rice and cold entree items. Last, the entire cleanliness of the place has gone downhill as well. Panda is always busy I understand, maybe that means you should carry enough staff to handle it. Someone for cleaning, someone for cooking, someone for cashier, someone or DoorDash and someone to take orders. There was a lot of people working today and none of them seemed to be helping each other or even on the same page.
The food is great, but the half hour wait past the pickup time is insufferable.

Did the potion size change or something, because I got a heaping bowl of rice with just a very small potion of Angus beef & this has happened more than once.
