Noodles were old, hate that they took away sweet and sour chicken. It has been quite awhile since I visited a Panda Express, was a little disappointed. The ones in Utah were def better. Might have been an off day so I will try again at some point.

The first time I had Panda Express was NOT a good experience, HOWEVER!!!! That was a completely different state! This food is SO good. It's fresh, flavor is on point! The employees are SO nice and helpful. The prices are great!! It's definitely one of my favorites!!

They used to be so great.Waited for 40 mins for my order via door dash. I ordered a plate meal. Just to get home and find out they didn’t put in A WHOLE ENTREEThere was one lady working that was helpful and tried to push them to get my order done quicker. The rest just looked like they couldn’t care less

Went for dinner, wasn't able to order Due to the fact the staff was more worried about online orders than the customers standing in line, We were in line for over 10 minutes with at least 8 people in front of us, which none of them had been served yet, and this is not the first time this has happened at this location. They have horrible customer service.won't be going back

Absolutely horrible service. My family and I stood in line for 20 minutes starting at 9pm. This establishment is open until 10pm. We were completely ignored for that entire 20 minutes as the crew rushed around and filled orders and we watched the food disappear. When we were finally acknowledged, all of the meat related foods were completely demolished and we watched them limiting the amount of food that was placed in each order to stretch out what they had. We asked when they got to us if there was going to more food added as there was nothing left but noodles and rice and they said no, they’re done for the night. Why would you let someone stand there for 20 minutes knowing full well that you would have nothing to offer them? On top of that, the employees were climbing up on the cooking areas and sinks on their knees to clean the walls. How is that sanitary?! We will never be setting foot in this establishment again. Dirty dining should be informed of this company’s practices. Disgusting.

The store advertises 10pm but tries to close and stop cooking an hour prior. Food becomes empty and staff is literally climbing onto the cooking areas with their dirty bodies to clean. It’s unsanitary and not safe for employees. When food was empty, and it was way before closing time, the “chefs” stopped cooking and refused to supply more food. People standing in line were not told anything until they went to order after standing in line for a while. Not professional, no food, and disgusting habits from staff climbing on cooking areas.AVOID!!

For a quick meal that steps outside of the burger menus, Panda Express hits all the yummy buttons for us. Husband had chow mein with teriyaki chicken and I had super greens with mushroom chicken. Their service is fast and the food is delicious. A great combo for a quick meal. Parking is not plentiful in front of the restaurant, but if you arrive before noon or after 1pm it isn’t as bad, or like we did, just park further out and stroll over.

I normally don't leave a review unless it's a good one. If I don't like it I just don't go back, but the food here was so awful I had to save you some money. Beef and broccoli was just gross and my husband just threw it away. Beef was slimey (yes slimey) and broccoli was mushy. Fried rice base was just a ball of starch. It's clean and the staff was very helpful.
