The food is always good and I never grow tired of them.

Warm and accurate food delivery arrived quickly, with an easy-to-use app. While delivery fees can add up, it’s a convenient choice when takeout cravings hit and you don’t want to leave the house.
Went there with my sister for dinner. She left her Pocket calendar on the table. I tried calling up to see if anybody could retrieve it. Nobody at the location answer the phone after trying multiple times. I called the corporate office to see if they had a manager's phone number or somebody who could look for it. Corporate office representative did not care I said the only thing I could do was drive to the location. Not good customer service, The food was okay for fast food. Definitely won't be going back there.

I had the chicken salad. Felt like the sandwich was a little skimpy but good. The coffee was warm not hot. Overall, met my expectations doe Panera

Line in the lobby was backed up 10 people. Person was all by himself with no help and employees just watching him struggle. I was in line for 20 minutes and it wasn't lunch time

Whoa! This place was a mess inside. Very disappointed in cleanliness. Food was very good as always but the cleaning crew must have taken the evening off. Apparently the manager too as the buck should stop with them. I hope my next visit is better.

If I could rate 0 I would, night shift was unbelievably unprofessional, they don't greet, not one person spoke to me upon picking up a mobile order, the order was left on the counter with no announcement or anything. I said thank you, have a good night, and I was ignored. I will not return to the location.

Failed to participate in publicized Veterans’ Day promotion.
Soup is always watered down. They refuse to sell the baguettes on the wall when they are “out of bread”. They cut corners here like crazy. I ask for more butter for bread and they’re like “really? More??”…. Yes, more than 3 pads of butter, Jesus.

The service is okay. The food is okay but it used to be better when they had actual bakers. That atmosphere is quiet for the most part. I got the sip club so I think that's a good deal.

More and more disappointing. It seems they are going downhill. Every time we go there it seems like they are in the process of going out of business.
Took out a single sandwich… the sausage and egg sandwich and a hot coffee which I prepared myself. They “forgot?” The sausage on my sausage and egg sandwich. When I got home to eat it, I was obviously disappointed. I called, and called, and called… they never answered and it was NOT during their busy meal times. So I spent $11 on a coffee and a sandwich and it was missing the main ingredient. Ugh!

My review is specifically about the Catering Team at the Mitchell Plaza store:
They are awesome! Rae and her team did a fantastic job getting my 2 orders together including 1 on very short notice. I am truly appreciative of their commitment to customer service and because of that, I will not hesitate to place future catering orders at this location.
Thank you, Rae and Team!

Food was good. Restaurant is not clean as you expect a Panera. No unsweet iced tea and drinks station needed cleaning. No one cleaning tables. Employees appeared overwhelmed.
