I ordered two pizzas and paid $65 and they both tasted kind of bad. I mean just not worth ordering again. It was eatable but definably not good.

Apparently when you order on the website they give it to a doordasher that you can't get ahold of.. Order was dropped off somewhere else and the manager Tyler had no clue how to handle the situation other than tell me that they handed it off to a dasher... we didnt order off doordash.. so wasted $35 for our pizza to be dropped off in a mysterious location.. thanks I guess...

Went in there tonight ordered a small pizza, wasn't even cooked enough,the crust tastes like cardboard,was very disappointed,I have never had pizza that tasted that bad,no more for me!

Like all pizza joints there speed is right on the brownies for a pizza place is absolutely fantastic if it makes it to the next day throw them in a microwave for 30 seconds it's just like coming out of the oven make sure you got milk to wash it down so worth getting 2 also it's kinda hard to actually pull up into the parking lot
The manager literally lied to me after I called because my order came early and I specifically put that I wanted my order at 6:15pm. It came at 1pm and I sent it back called the manager explained my dilemma because I ordered the food for dinner so it would be fresh for my husband when he came home. The manager assured me he'd put in a new order for 6:15pm and instead of voiding first order he'd create the new one as fully paid so he didn't have to charge me twice. The doordash driver who initially came which I did not order from doordash I ordered specifically from that papa John's came back and dropped off the first order saying it was policy and my order would still come at 6:15 as I intended. I told her I did not want to keep the food and that it would be entirely too much. I just wanted my order to come at the right time but she deceptively insisted and left it there saying I'd still get my order at 6:15pm which never came. It was my first and last time ordering from this papa John's. Keep your word and you won't lose business in the future. Such a shame!
