My fiance and I stumbled upon this place by delivering a ubereats order from them, so we came in for lunch and ISABELLA! Isabella was an amazing employee! Made us feel welcomed, she had a smile glowing on her face, she's just a 5 star person! The food was amazing, the place was clean. Just the whole experience was amazing.

This place was absolutely amazing! Stumbled on their Trinity location by accident, and they definitely have repeat customers now! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food is out of this world (and great prices)! I had the chicken and broccoli alfredo penne, and it was packed with flavor and the perfect consistency (not super thick & heavy like some Alfredo sauces). I also had the arugula caprese salad, which was delicious and light. My boyfriend had the penne with red sauce and he said it was the best sauce hes ever had. My son got the baked ziti...and well that was gone faster than he took the lid off. Kuddos to the Chef, owner and staff!!!

We tried the New Port Richey location today and boy, was it worth the trip! The food was hot, fresh, delicious, and very reasonably priced for the quality. Plus the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They even had nice Italian music playing. We’ll definitely be back again soon. Keep up the great work!

Pasta di Guy is a fast-casual Italian restaurant located in Trinity, Florida. This restaurant offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, freshly made pasta, and amazingly sized portions for a very reasonable price. I ordered a small salad and Spaghetti and Meatballs. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce sweet and the meatballs quite tasty. The side salad was very fresh and included a variety of lettuce, not just the usual Iceberg lettuce used in other fast-casual Italian chains. This restaurant also has extensive Gluten Free menu options. Very well done and will return.

I order food from Pasta di Guy through Doordash and each time I've ordered I've never been disappointed with the quality of the food which brings me back to my Nonna's kitchen so many years ago . . . Thank you, Pasta di Guy, for the great food and the memories . . .

I really wish this was better. Order was fast and smooth. I tried 3 pastas between my family and they were all so… tasteless. The sauces are simply boring. I couldn’t tell any difference between boxed pasta. I want fast casual places to survive, but maybe there are more options for them to try to gauge if people want kid-level sauce or if someone wants flavor to finish off their meal? Otherwise, it sadly just wasn’t worth the money.

I have literally had better gas station food. The ratings for this place must be bought; there is no way people like this food enough to give it five stars. Please do not eat here.
