This is not authentic barbecue. My chicken was dry, cold and awful. The corn on cob was cold and not fully cooked. My wife’s ribs were tasteless and dry. How this place has almost five stars is hard to believe. I believe most of these reviews are fake. I’d give them no stars for food.

Had the fried mushrooms appetizer, always delicious. Fried perfect in crunchy batter and dipping sauce is tangy. Get extra ranch , it's perfect. The pit boss sandwich special is a great value, with two sides. Beans are the best around and the pulled pork is piled high . Plus you get a soda or draft beer with the meal. Cannot do better at any place else. Pit Boss baby.

This place is a legend, a classic place of pasco. The food is good, fast service on a Friday night, got the ribs with collard greens, and baked beans. All this after the monster sized onion ring appetizer. Everything was great. Will come back again, and again, and again.
