Placed an online order. Showed up to pick the order up 30 minutes later and they have no record of my order. After 10 minutes of them looking and entering a new order they find my original order in the warming oven. Reason 31 that I have not ordered Pizza Hut in at least 5 years. Hasn’t gotten any better.

I ordered a special made pizza online and when I picked it up, it was made perfectly and it was very hot so was still hot once I got it home. The server was very quick to take care of me and very pleasant. Store was also very clean looking. and everything about my experience was great.

Every time I order from this location they deliver my food to my neighbors 3 houses down. We have big numbers on the side of our house so not sure the issue. My neighbor kid (seen in the picture delivering our food) has to bring it to us. This time they didn’t deliver half of our order! Worst delivery service!And calling the number listed sends you to a call center. They answered right away then transferred me again to someone who ask did I want to pick up or delivery. I already paid a tip and delivery fee I don’t want to drive there. After I told them I have been on hold 15min and still holding…… terrible customer service!

The pizza was over cooked. We had 3 items pepperoni bacon and pineapple which was hardly any of each item! Hardly any sauce and almost burnt around the whole thing. Should have complained but didn't! First time I've been dissatisfied with your pizza.

The pizza was good and the price was right. JJ made the pizza for me and took my order as well. I recommend this Pizza Hut restaurant, it also has an eat in dining room.
these people play games on the phone. they cannot answer the phone and when they do, dana loves to hang up after asking if you’d like delivery or take out. then a guy answers, he won’t give his name he asks all the info about your order and hangs up after interrupting you giving him the info he asked for. i am appalled. it’s a game. i do not recommend this store and i will be speaking with a supervisor tomorrow and getting a full refund. i originally called because they messed up my order and i just wanted it fixed. that’s it. now we are at the point of complete disrespect.

The only thing that will be ready when you arrive is the excuse as to why it'll be another 15-20 minutes. Been here three times, all three times it's taken twice as long as it was supposed to with a different lame excuse each time.Do yourself a favor and go to a different Pizza Hut.

First time I ordered delivery and was given a door dash driver…. If I wanted door dash, I would’ve used the door dash app, not the Pizza Hut app. My drivers name was Monica, and it was some African American man pulling up. Only took 40 minutes which isn’t bad and expected. However, when I went to get a slice of the pizza, it’s not even cut, and it’s dry. What a terrible experience. Thank you.
