What a cute little bakery. My wife and I took our little boy to Sims Park in New Port Richey and decided to get a snack along the way. We stopped into this little bakery we passed. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who I believe is the owner. He showed me all the different baked goods and told me the cinnamon buns were fresh out of the oven. Of course... I love this place. I love everything here, but the thing that made me fall in love are the croissants. Ever since getting the real thing in France, I've always tried finding something similar in the states, but was unable to do so until this bakery. Yeah, that's right, he makes real style french croissants from scratch. They are the best croissants I've had in America.
