Terrible service! There were five of us—two adults and three kids. When we sat at one table, the waitress (an Asian-looking woman with black hair) seemed annoyed that we were sitting together. Then she rudely told us to sit and wait. We sat for about five minutes without being given menus. When we approached to ask, she snapped at us and told us to go back and wait. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. In the end, we decided to leave, and as we were walking out, she even yelled at us, saying we should never come back. This was an awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

First time getting takeout pizza from here. Ordered 2 Large pizzas. Both were severely burned on the bottoms. Had to cut away some areas just to be able to eat it. As you can see in the pic a pizza should not look like this. Better quality control needed here for sure. Probably won't be back. Takeout has gotten too expensive to just throw out.

- minus two stars because the website wants to track and send cookies through browser..... not cool....
Rossi Ristorante Italiano is an iconic staple of New Port Richey and Seven Springs. If you're a true lover of Italiano cuisine this is the restaurant to endeavor upon. Quality of the food has always been of the most important at Rossi's. Living around here for a long time, they have never been a disappointment to the family.
Linguine that'll make you throw your diet away it's so packed with flavor.
Pasta is always aldente and rich in true Italian spices and flavors.
The pizza is incredible, one of my family's long-time favorites.
The pictures say more than ah 1000 words when it comes to taste, quality, the rich thickness of the cheese, and the quality that is the doe.

I was just at Rossi's and got my regular, chicken marsala. Their lunch special went from $10 to $15! And the portion was one thin slice of chicken breast, about a quarter inch thick ! Fine if prices go up, but don't cut my portion too!!
I don't think I'll be going back for a long time 😞

So I’ve placed a review previously, but this is the first time I’ve ordered Garlic Knots.
They do not serve marinara with the garlic knots. Something I think should be included, disclosed, or at least offered as an extra.

Salad warm and dressed looked liked it was eaten off of. Pizza was soggy needed a spoon to eat . Never again!!!

The pizza is some of the best around. The ingredients are fresh and allow for many choices. The service is quick and attentive. Some old school charm when dining in.

Our family loves this local spot! My mom was raised in a very Italian household with Sunday pasta meals every week. This is the place she likes to goes to from time to time because it is so close to homemade. The portions are great, the staff are friendly and helpful. We have always loved the food we have gotten here!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp that leads right up to the door.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience from dinner at Rossi Ristorante Italiano in New Port Richey with my family, including my two young nephews, one of whom is just two years old.

Upon arrival, we were greeted minimally and had to wait a few minutes before anyone acknowledged us. After being seated, it took about 15-20 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. When we inquired about juice options for the toddler, the waitress bluntly replied, "No, we only have what's on the menu." While I understand that, her tone felt rude. The only kid-friendly drinks available were milk and lemonade, which surprised me since most restaurants offer juice.

We also asked if there were more options on the kids' menu beyond just pasta, hoping for something like chicken tenders or nuggets, but again, the waitress curtly said, "We only have what's on the menu." I was merely trying to find something suitable for my picky eater.

The service felt rushed, and the food was disappointing—cold, overcooked pasta, and tough chicken. All seven of us at the table faced similar issues, with poorly presented dishes that looked thrown together. The waitress had a consistently unfriendly demeanor, and it felt like we were being scrutinized throughout our meal.

Although I understand that restaurants can get busy and may face staffing challenges, the rudeness we encountered was unwarranted. As we left, the entire staff gave us disapproving looks. Overall, I wouldn't return; I've had better meals at Olive Garden.

This place was disgusting, the waitress was very rude , the food tasted like walmart macaroni & jarred sauce. the chicken parm i felt like i was chewing on a rubber stick. My family there food was just as cold and gross. They also dont have drinks for kids all they had was soda and milk. No juices Never have i ever dealt with such a rude waitress i never post reviews i can deal with gross food but a rude waitress was not what i was expecting.
