I just moved to pasco. I tried to buy my regular items only to be told that they don't carry them. I can buy it from another sams. Some other items are only $1 saving from the regular stores. Currently on hold for almost an hour after being hung up on and transferred to the tire department. I just want to buy water.
You just ensured I never spend money here. If I have to go out of my way to gulf to bay then I'll do all my shopping/ gas there.

I had a terrific experience on 8/1 with several employees:Angela, Asst Mgr, Ben in Tire & Battery and Amber in Grocery area. I wrote a review on Google explaining in detail how valued they each made me feel. Thanks to the caring staff and team at Sam's Club!

Total Disregard for customer service. Management needs a complete overhaul and/or training. When curbside pick up service is running almost 2 hours behind customers should be called and advised. “Manager” I spoke to seemed clueless & took zero responsibility. It is the reason I paid extra for the plus service, so that pick up would be included and not an extra fee. The first day I tried to use it and my order was not ready— in fact forty mins after the time it was to be ready and it still had not been pulled I was told. I waited 30 mins in the designated area and not one associate thought to let customers know that their orders were not ready, and would not be ready for some time. I canceled my order and my plus membership that I added on. A simple phone call would have been sufficient to let customers know not to arrive at the store due to the delays. If you are running late or short staffed just say so, just common courtesy.

I was here today and the shipping experience was insane but that's not Sam's fault. but after braving the store I finally made it back to my van, only to find a dead battery. my parking spot neighbor couldn't help because the cables wouldn't reach so he recommended the tire shop.
A very nice employee was able to give me a jump and he was so nice about it. I didn't get his name but if he sees this, Thank you so much!!

Get that ATT mobile Des kiosk the hell out of your store. They lied to us, sold us a bunch of crap, and are refusing to make it right. They are trashing your reputation
