Great pizza and garlic knots! Don't get those other "chain pizza places". Obviously the pizza is better in NY because of the water and the atmosphere the pizza is made in. I lived in NY most my life but this is the closest around. Frozen pizza...comon! LOL. Mushrooms seemed to be canned though. Just stick with pepperoni, meatball or cheese. Just like the other review, consistenty is the key. UPDATE: Last order the pizza was undercooked and doughy. It was a busy night and took 2 hours to get delivered. Please don't rush the cooking.

The wait time is always horrible. They stand around and talk about how someone’s mother got jumped at McDonalds, real professional.

Pizza was dry. Had the Hawaiian, like cardboard no flavor at all. Also had sausage and mushrooms, canned mushrooms and barely any sausage. Florida has the most disappointing pizza! Terrible pizza, never again.

The food is always good but, the last two times I’ve ordered on the phone I’ve been told 20-25 minutes. Both times when I walked in after the 25 minutes I told me they were going to put the pizza in right now.

I am a transplanted New Yorker and the pizza at Sams is the closest thing to Home .
Eric is the most accommodating and friendly person you would ever want to meet and takes care of all your pizza needs. The taste is excellent and we travel from many miles away for this pizza, & can’t wait to go back again . Highly recommend for anybody who wants the best tasting pizza on the West Coast of Florida.

I have been a customer of Sam’s since I bought my house nearly 2 decades ago… loved this place in the past. The last four orders have been completely screwed up. We ordered again tonight because I really do love them and my husband is new to them - told the guy about past issues- he assured me it would be right. He read my order back to me to be sure it was right …Needless to say, It wasn’t.
I phoned after delivery just to advise, the lovely girl who answered was quite kind as they all are, but even after my last private feedback to them, nothing was acknowledged. They have my phone number, my email address yet zero acknowledgment of all of the mistakes. I’m not looking for anything free. I’m just looking for them to make sure their orders are right. Careful, I would pick up and check your order.
I promise their food is very good, but it needs to be picked up and checked before you take it home.
