The Hacienda is a great facility with clean comfortable rooms, fair price, great location next to Sims park and all downtown amenities. Restaurant (Sasha's)was great. The hotel and the town are dog friendly... I don't mean they tolerate dogs; I mean the pups are welcomed just about everywhere.

Beautiful hotel in our quaint little town of New Port Richey. Thank you for a wonderful staycation for our 51st anniversary. It’s cozy and homey and the staff are amazing. The resurrection of this wonderful hotel has warmed our hearts. Room was cozy, super clean, comfy bed and linen. Faith Sparks was so friendly and engaging. We plan to make this our in-town get away from here on out.

My Mom and I went here for a birthday dinner. A couple before us weresent away. Clearly not happy. We weee then also sent away due to a private event. I have no issues with that - what I take issue with is this restaurant will not post anything or even put on a recording when you call that they are not open. They have zero disregard for the customers time and effort. Maybe they can sustain this restaurant with just group events. Good luck with that. Know that when you did this to my mother and I we also both have families and friends and they will not be visiting your establishment either. I expect that they will be out of business sooner or later because I don’t think they can stay open with group events, and as each person that they treat this way goes back and tells their friends and family and writes a review and so on and so forth - Business is going to be scarce. Especially now that there is legitimate competition in the neighborhood like Sips, Estuary, and Zen. So adios to you and hope to see your doors closed soon.

We recently had a surprise 80th birthday party for my mom here at Sasha's/The Hacienda. Such a lovely atmosphere for a special celebration! Danny did a fantastic job answering my questions and helping to plan the event. The staff were warm and welcoming to all the guests. Food and drinks were well executed also. Will definitely be back for brunch or dinner one day soon. Thanks to all who helped make this an excellent party!

Came for Easter brunch (fixed menu). The hotel is lovely inside with lots of historic touches. Our server Elise was attentive and helpful. Bartender Patrick made us delicious mimosas to accompany our meals. We're local and have watched the Hacienda transform into a beautiful venue housing a gem of a restaurant. We'll definitely make it a regular date location!

Just returned from Easter brunch. Disappointed. eggs benedit over cooked. Chef should stick with thomas's english mufffin and not his homemade crumpet (brick) skimpy with the sauce. potatoes burnt and not flavorful. Lamb pot pie was enjoyed by one of the guests. Shrimp palenta seemed OK. Desserts left us unimpressed. Egg starter was cute and lamb soup very good. Service unacceptable when one has to ask for water refill when 3 out of 4 glasses remain empty. Server never approached to check on us. Only showed up to bring the courses. restaurant not busy, so I believe she could have checked with us. After I got check, I left private dining area to pay it and server was chatting with bartender. As I stated and proving my point that restaurant not busy. I have raved about Shasha's to others. Have enjoyed taking others there. Not so much anymore. No longer on my go to list. And I was planning on taking a friend on Friday. NOPE!
Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Highly recommend giving this place a chance. Nicole was our server and was outstanding. Had the mushroom risotto for dinner and they accommodated changing scallops to shrimp. Husband had the same but had the sea scallops. Both dishes were very good.

Had a wonderful evening meeting up with two friends here. My meal was nice, Donna our server was attentive, and we were able to meet Gary and Oscar. We took a little tour, so much history and beautifully restored. I love the love that was put into here to make it grand once again!

Went there December 4th, they were extremely understaffed missing very important items from the menu like rack of lamb is which we went there for. I was there for my friend's birthday the meal was extremely pricey and very salty. Absolutely terrible. I called to speak with management they never called me back I had to call a second time and when I spoke to them they were not interested in copying me or returning my money which I wanted them to do because it was $184 for 2 meals which was outrageous like drinking saltwater straight from the sea. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend it. Friend that I took there with me has the same opinion of their food.
