First off, the food is great and I love having a fun, healthy option in our area! I'm gluten free and the owner was very helpful and careful about making sure my dish was safe. Portions were a very good size. I had the Greek chicken bowl and there was good portion of chicken in it. My husband had a wrap and wings and said the wings were very good and so was the wrap. We did not leave hungry. The acai bowl was amazing! The atmosphere is fun and I love the decor. Staff/owner were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Prices are comparable to similar restaurants

Today my daughter and I were discussing how we should go to get our lunch. We wanted something that was really healthy but delicious and basically low carb. I suggested that we try going to Shake-A-Salad. The eatery was only a few minutes away from where we were shopping. We are so happy that we decided to eat there because the atmosphere was amazing and the menu was great with a variety of different options. We each chose the Broken Wedge Salad and we shared a tasty Taco Salad. I also had Salmon with an Asian Sauce. The food was delicious and the fresh vegetables and dressing made the salads even more satisfying. I highly recommend Shake-A-Salad to anyone who wants healthy deliciousness in a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere at a reasonable price.

A few of us noticed shake a salad, relatively new to the area, and we decided to give them a try. Now they have alternative menu if you want just vegan or if you want vegetarian or if you want a dish, a salad, with meat in it they have all of those to offer. Shake a salad has been open since May of this year and I was very impressed with the cleanliness the amount of food that we received and the taste was phenomenal. The owners and their children worked there and they were super friendly and very polite. They were happy to show us around show us the food menus to explain everything to us and I was very impressed. So if you are interested in shake a salad with anything on it, from chickpeas, to tofu, to whatever you want, they will make it for you. And I believe they said that there was 45 or 47 different types of salad dressings that they make themselves. Everything is fresh and they make it from scratch. I found the atmosphere to be very lively, the café was extremely clean and I highly recommend you give this place a try. You won’t regret it. I’m posting pictures of their menus to show that they have very good prices. They offer handicap parking and handicap friendly tables, there’s plenty of parking and everything is kept absolutely spotless. I was very impressed with this new restaurant and I hope that you give it a try whether you’re vegan or vegetarian or a meat eater or anything in between. You won’t be sorry that you tried this place.

The food was great! The only complaint I had was how long it took to get my food. The young lady did an awesome job, however, she was a one-woman show. I hope they get her some help soon to get orders out faster
If I could give more stars I would. We ordered a variety of different things. The rice bowls are incredible, ode to greek Salad delish, BLT wrap is the OG but do yourself a favor and get their WINGS!!!! They are the best wings we've had, they have multiple flavors but we are obsessed with the Asian wings. Kudos to this place for changing the dinner dynamic.
Kinda pricey , wraps was good 7/10 . Smoothie was extremely watered down . 30 bucks for a wrap Diet Coke and smoothie is a little much .

Definitely love seeing new health places pop up in our area! I would say that the price is more like $20-$30 per person as me and my fiance ended up spending a little over $50 for the two of us. The portion sizes for the wraps are pretty small especially for the price but health food is generally pricy regardless. The employee that we met was extremely friendly. The smoothies that we got were yummy but felt more watered down than I would have liked. Another thing I'd like to add is that they were lacking a lot of the smoothies that their website claimed they have. Probably because they are new but I was a little disappointed. Overall, I do believe we would swing by here and there if we are wanting something on the healthier side but feeling too lazy to cook but I don't think it's anything that I'd particularly crave.
