I had an amazing experience at Sonny’s BBQ on Little Road in New Port Richey! My server, Ivan, was outstanding — professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure everything was taken care of without me ever having to ask twice, and the service felt both personal and professional.

The regional manager also came by to check on me, which showed they truly care about their customers.

I’ve been to this location many times. The service is always great. The food comes out fast and there’s never a problem. Mercedes has been our server on several visits and she remembers specific things about what we need with our food. She is always friendly and efficient.

I went tonight with my husband and 3 of our kids, Ivan was our server and he was amazing, he was very welcoming, friendly and attentive…. Definitely gave us memorable experience! Thanks Ivan, kudos to you!
