The guy at the window decided to add a tip to my meal without my knowledge. So I ended up paying almost $12 for a coffee? That’s BS, how are you going to add a tip to my drink before I even get to pay?

We did an uber eats order they said could’ve been a fluke. Guys it’s laziness. There’s over 1/3 missing from the cup no spills in the sealed bag. When my husband called the man that answered said “it’s prob a fluke” tried to blame uber. You people are absolutely lazy I do hope this place is closed down this is a repeated issue of half ass orders never followed the whole way. Of course no offer to reimburse for the drink they couldn’t even fill. So definitely don’t Uber eats from this place fix it in your settings but watch your drinks 9 times out of 10 they’re making it up as they go.

Worse place ever, if you need to used the bathroom do not come here if you have an emergency. The cashier was very rude my husband was standing beside me buying a cookie so I could used the bathroom. she told us per corporate that the transaction has to be done before I was allowed to used the bathroom. This message is for corporate when you have a coffee shop or retail store if people are already buying your product they should not Waite to used the bathroom if it is a emergency that transaction has to be done before using the bathroom I ended up shiting my self before I was allowed and giving a code. Which is totally inhumane. I do not know whose idea was to change protocol but they should get fired they are doing a really bad job. With customers experience.

I have been here a handful of times and every single time my drinks are made correctly!! It’s EVERY SINGLE TIME! There is one barista that is ALWAYS extremely rude!! I walked in to order & she continued to tell her story to other barista for 5 minutes as I stood there!! And then rudely asked what I wanted!! And she is ALWAYS rude!
I arrived at the local Starbucks at 0525 Friday morning. I drove around to see if anyone was inside. There was a young man appearing as though he was getting ready and then a young lady as well. Neither came to the window to acknowledge I was there and let me know they would be with momentarily. The young lady literally looked my way and then turned around. This was so rude and unfriendly behavior. I was quite taken back and just left. I never ordered a coffee. Customer service is number one in many industries and I know I would never treat anyone like this..ever.

That place has the most processed food the eggs are like rubber everything is frozen basically warmed up in a microwave the muffins suck. You're Better off with the Jimmy Dean frozen stuff out of the grocery store and hitting up Dunkin plus it's way over priced. I will say this the employee's are very polite
