Came here with my girlfriend to order my drink and hers, she picked her drink using flavors from the website. The lady was rushing me to order and kept saying “is that all?” And “are you finished”, “are you done yet?” And making my experience feel rushed. They say they have sugar cookie flavor in the website and then when I said the entire order she said something like “That’s long gone” not very pleasant attitude older woman and she was not happy her iced coffee was not even mixed. All seperated half on top creamer and coffee. Have to pre mix the drink for cold foam. Left feeling robbed of like $15

Spent $30 on 4 drinks to have each one taste like garbage. One frap didn’t even have any coffee in it. Tag on one says no whip but tons of it. Already had to wait in line way too long with two people in front of me returning coffee to wait any longer. Read.

The one time i decided to go here instead of Dunkin my one item gets messed up. I ordered a london fog, and was given plain earl grey. no cream no vanilla, not even sugar. I didnt notice until i was half way home like 15 minutes away. Tea was steeped so long it was bitter. $8 wasted. It’s not like an obscure order either it’s literally a menu item. Dude at drive thru was nice but whoever made the drink should be taught the menu items.

My cold brew has obvi been watered down. Extra cream(i didn't ask for extra) to cover it up. I could not taste the cold brew. Very dissappointed. My wife paid for 2 extra scoops in a grande matcha latte but got LESS then even 3. Its hot water with a spritz of matcha. Unacceptable swill. What happened, Starbucks!

Many Starbucks locations, stop by the River Crossing Starbucks for a place to relax, with the best friendly customer service, you will find right away this is the best of all. The entire crew is friendly and professional. Lots of seating, great outdoor patio area with plenty of seating.
