Went to subway to get dinner for the family and I normally don’t complain about service, but from the get-go, it was just awful. There were about 8 teenagers walking in the subway. There was a male and a female worker and the male worker told the teenagers to leave. We could barely understand a word they were saying to us when they were taking our order. Honestly, we should’ve just left then but it’s been Years since we had Subway, so that’s what we planned for dinner. I got the chicken teriyaki Sub and I asked for mayonnaise and she just loaded on like it was like Buffalo sauce or something When most people were just spread them on the bread with a knife. We got cookies with our meals and half of the cookies were all broken or they didn’t have any that we wanted. I got a foot-long and I Could barely eat half of it! The language
barrier definitely made it 1000% difficult. We will not be back to this one for sure or probably any of them anytime soon Very disappointing!

This is the worst subway ever, meatballs were old the chips were black and the owner ignores you even had old bread from 9am mind u I order at 3:50 pm. They remade my sub even though I wanted a refund! The whole staff was talking about me saying they wish they could take a picture of me. I’ve never met a whole team at subway who messes up orders. If your ingredients aren’t fresh allow customers to get their money back! This is ridiculous and the treatment was the cherry on top!

Me and my girlfriend went there the other night in order to sandwiches the bread was so stale that we couldn't even eat the sandwiches call the next day to let them know about it and they don't even have a manager that actually speaks English so she didn't understand me at all will not go back there again

Today, my wife ordered online because they offered a discount, and we were going to the beach. Well, they totally screwed it up. She wanted Italian herbs & and cheese. My diet requires whole wheat bread. Well, we both got each other's bread. We also got onions on both of our sandwiches, which we didn't want. Lastly, they also put tomatoes on mine. I don't EVER eat tomatoes, even on BLTs!! My wife would never order tomatoes for me. The manager said to return the sandwiches. We told her we were at a beach 15 miles away and had to eat something. She was adamant that in order to receive a credit for the sandwiches, we interrupt our beach day and drive 30 miles round trip to return the sandwiches! Right....We were very good customers at Subway, in multiple states. Subway is obviously having their share of customer service relationship issues, along with lawsuits. I'm starting to see why. They've gotten WAY too big and arrogant. I'm about done with Subway in general and Florida in particular.

We ordered on line ...we were heading to the beach .... once we got settled at the beach we pull out our subs to fine many mistakes in our order with subs .... we called complaining.... and the best they could do was remake the subs .....We were hungry and miles away 😕 so we ate them ...
I would be very careful ordering from this subway they mix up the orders and if you do use them .... check your order before you leave there parking lot

Simple, straight to the point franchise location. Loved the updated signage. Spot remains relatively clean when I visit and typically they're up to handle the "lunch rush". Only problem is: Mens bathroom urinal way too close to sink ? nothing feels clean after that ?

I came in on September 28th and Danielle was the sweetest employee I've ever talked to! She seemed so happy to wait on me and was so patient with my complicated BMT sandwich LOL. I will be frequenting this location more often thanks to her!

Visited this location 9/9/2024. About 12:09 pm. I ordered a chicken teriyaki footlong. I asked to have only my meat and cheese heated and not my bread because I don’t like toasted. Anyway looked at the lettuce it looked brown and molded and some was stuck on the side of the container like it was (what appeared to be) frostbite because there was some ice on it. And yes I said this to the woman working. Opted for no lettuce or spinach because I was grossed out. Still continued to get my sandwich anyway. Get home 3 minutes later. The bread is hard on the bottom I could knock on it! Peel off some of the hard area to proceed to take a bite.. the chicken is cold.. like refrigerator cold. I spit it out and took it as a loss. I will never visit this location again. This is food poisoning waiting to happen.

I'm another customer who had my order canceled due to the owner's decision to no longer participate in the Buy One, Get One Free promotion. I had ordered the week before and his store WAS participating. He didn't update the website this week so my order was accepted. The crew chief tried to call me but I wasn't available which is why I placed my order an hour ahead of pickup. And to make it worse, when I went to pickup my order, I was told my credit card would be refunded IN 3 TO 5 DAYS!!! What if I had paid with my last money on a debit card? No dinner tonight!

I have been a loyal customer of your Subway store for over two years, and I have always appreciated the excellent service provided by your manager, Daniel, and the assistant managers. I have also enjoyed taking advantage of the Buy One, Get One (BOGO) free sub promotion, which I have ordered online more than ten times without any issues.However, I recently placed an online order for the BOGO sub and it was voided. When I called to inquire about this, I was informed that the store is no longer participating in the BOGO promotion, even though it is still advertised online. The reason given was that the owner is not making enough money and does not want to continue offering the promotion.I understand that this is your store and you have the right to make decisions about what promotions to offer. However, I am disappointed that the BOGO promotion was discontinued without any prior notice or update to the online menu. I am also concerned that the owner's decision is based solely on financial considerations, without regard for the loyalty and satisfaction of long-term customers like myself and my family.While I respect your right to run your store as you see fit, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be making purchases at your Subway location. This decision extends to my family of six, who have also been regular customers.I will miss the friendly service provided by your staff, particularly Daniel and the assistant managers. I intend to continue visiting the store occasionally to show my appreciation for their excellent service by leaving a tip, but I will no longer be purchasing any food items.I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and reconsider your decision regarding the BOGO promotion. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We placed an order through the subway app. BOGO free on foot longs at participating locations. This store was one of the locations on the app accepting orders. We placed our order and several minutes later our order was cancelled. I called the store to ask why, and they stated that they don’t honor those specials. That they are Franchised. I found it rude the way they handled it
