Last two times I went there was less meat than normal. The last time hardly any meat. Looked like a veggie sandwich won't be going back.

I am not happy.... I put in my phone number and the cashier used my points without asking me. Normally I don't have a problem with that store but I do now.. I'll be going somewhere else and I wanted my happy Gilmore cup and she told me she didn't have any and they were only limited time. I understand that but then take down the signs

Second time in a row I have ordered the same sandwich from the same restaurant I even called beforehand and they still ignored my order. I'm pretty sure it's the same girl too

For the second time I got Ubereats from this location for a double meat and cheese BMT footlong and I get a sub with literally four slices of meat and no cheese

I went in and right away the guy was sweeping and looked upset that I walked in while he was sweeping. it would be nice if he learned a lil customer service. I usually like coming here the Indian lady and the other lady are super nice but this guy just seemed to be having a bad day or something. when I paid another customer walked in and the guy muttered something under his breath like he was upset again. Hopefully you guys hire more personable people in the future because he's not very friendly. I never write posts about places. but his whole attitude is what made me do it

Absolutely ridiculous. Paid $35 for 2 foot long with double meat and I got a skimpy sandwich with more bread than anything else. I'm genuinely mad. How are y'all going to make people pay full price but don't give the double meat or even the proper cheese. Absolutely ridiculous.

I placed a to go order which gives you instructions word-for-word on what to do with the sandwich. How to build it, What kind of sandwich it is. And I just went to pick up my sandwich, and this woman argued with me that a wrap , made of flat bread was a foot long. She did not see that I put extra sauce. She did not bother to toast the sandwich. There is always one guy that makes my sandwiches there. And he does an amazing job, but there is a woman there that refuses to give good customer service and I have dealt with her multiple times and I am tired of it. I will end up taking my business elsewhere if this ever happens again. Not that one customer makes a difference to subway, but if this happens multiple times then something should be done about it. Especially if the worker can't read english or speak it.

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged! Just plain bad! Don't go!
How can one subway location’s subs taste different from another? I don’t know. What I do know is it was my first and last time ordering from this dump. The same sub I’ve been getting for years from other locations (numerous) tasted so bad from this place, I threw it in the trash. The steak was disgusting, onions tasted old. Gross.

I decided not to eat here because they do not honor any advertised coupons! So I went to Grand Deli
I went in With a friend yesterday, I said hello and received no response, so I looked him directly in the eye and said it again, he made a smirk and asked what I wanted. I find that rude and severely lacking in customer service. The ladies are always pleasant, but the youngish man that has worked there for a long time is lacking in customer service and appreciation. We will be finding a new place to go.

This place should be called Subpar, NOT Subway. They refuse to accept their own Subway coupons. Coupons don't expire until the end of December. Their reasoning? "Everything has gone up"! Uh, no kidding, Sherlock. I figured out the coupons we had would've saved around $2, or less. So, for $1 per customer (wife and I), the guy lost any of our future business. We'll NEVER go back. Only Subway we've ever been to, in at least 8 or 9 states, that hasn't accepted their own coupons. You'd think with the negative publicity they've gotten recently about false advertising, that they would bend over backwards to please you. Not this store. Also had to explain 3 times to the foreign employee what a small amount of lettuce is. Subway has more fast food stores in the U.S. than any other company. Fine. Sears was once the largest retailer in the country, too. How'd that work out for them? I see a correlation. Go elsewhere, like Jersey Mike's.....

I've had a few issues with this store and they don't care to make any corrections. The owner is very rude and doesn't care to make the customer happy. Today's issue was my mistake of ordering from his store via the subway app. It didn't update to my current location. I tried calling his store after placing my order to cancel it and he refused to cancel it stating the sandwich was already ready for pick up. He argued with me when I simply asked for him to cancel it and just eat the cost of the sandwich and give it to a homeless customer that frequent the plaza. It's only a few dollars on his end. I've purchased plenty of food from this store in the past but I will not be coming back even if it's the closest and convenient one to my home. As a small business owner, sometimes you just have to eat the cost as cost of business to retain a customer. It's not hard to make the customer happy.
