I ordered a soft pretzel and a drink.I could not understand the man that I ordered it from not did he seem to understand me. The pretzel was dry and tasted old even though he put it in fresh through most of it away very disgusting

The really rude and the put rules different than other branches.the refuses coupons and accept other from subway coupons.

Already this location wouldn’t accept certain coupons FROM SUBWAY, like the company coupons you get in the mail. NOW they have started where even if you do have a coupon you only get to choose from 10 pre selected sandwiches to use for that coupon per “owners discretion.” Hope they know they are only gonna lose themselves money when people start going to other locations to be able to use their coupons. Place was always dirty and staff rude anyway, was just convenient bc it’s the closest and inside Walmart.

When we vacation in the NPR this is where we go to eat! The little white lady in there is the sweetest thing on this Earth. So respectful always doing something cleaning restocking. If shes not the owner she should be the co-owner! Can't wait for vacation so I can get what I want when I order it! If your in the NPR area and haven't been to this subway are you even woke!!??

The employees of this store are very friendly. The food is always fresh and made just the way I like it. Stephie is a wonderful part of your store. Always frindly and willing to help. She has even learned exactly what i order and how to make it. She deserves a sticker for her expertise. Out of the 3 stores I could go to, I always come to this one. One of them takes no coupons which I use all the time. And the other store is like 9 miles from me. But this store is exceptional. Just really good people, good food, and great service. Keep her she's a gem. And thank you for another great lunch. I will see you all again soon.

They don't accept Subway coupons. Wow. Imagine that! Subway coupons arent accepted at Subway!! They say it's because prices have gone way up. No kidding!!! I wonder what Subway corporate would say about this. Terrible service, too. They can't understand half of what you say.

This used to be a fantastic subway, but I went today and it was terrible. I asked for a BLT, never asked for cheese and they put cheese on. When I saw the employee holding the cheese, I explained I didn’t want cheese. He said ok and put the bread in the toaster. I paid for my other sandwich and turned around and saw cheese melted on the bread. I apologized and said that I had asked for no cheese. Instead of apologizing and fixing it, he started arguing with me and said “no you asked for provolone.” I said again that I asked for no cheese and he again said “no, you asked for provolone.” I got a little frustrated at this point and let him know I’m lactose intolerant and can’t have cheese, so I never asked for cheese. He scoffed and instead of remaking it, started pulling the bacon off of the old bread and put it on new bread and said there was no cheese on those pieces. I was so disgusted and annoyed that I just told him fine, just toast the bread and use that bacon. He was angry as he finished my sandwich, like I had done something wrong when all I did was ask for no cheese at least 6 times. Then when the woman rang up my food, I used a gift card and waited to hear how much I owed after the gift card and she just stared at me for a minute before I said is that all and she said I owed some money. This Subway used to be fantastic, the owner was always there and was no nice and the ladies were always great and the food was spectacular. After this encounter, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The customer service was great. The employees are nice and friendly. The new foot long Pepperoni Dipper is delicious. I would recommend this Subway to friends and family. Definitely a very clean store.
