DON NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO USE COUPONS - THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YU TO USE PAPER COUPONS IN STORE OR ON LINE EVEN THOUGH THE COUPONS SAYS IN STORE/ONLINE/IN APP - THAN THEY ARGUE WITH YOU THAT THE PAPER COUPON DOES NOT SAY THAT!!! SUBWAY MAY WANT TO REVISIT SENDING OUT COUPONS THAT CAN'T BE USED!!! WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

I ordered from this location tonight after work and I was honestly blown away by how kindly I was treated. The restaurant was so clean and our food was delicious. It’s rare to receive both above and beyond customer service, as well as wonderful food, but tonight we received both! Thank you!! 🥰

We always stop here on our bike ride on sundays. we have a half sub and a cookie for the kids. place is always clean and staff is very friendly.

Each store owner decides if they will accept coupons. This store does accept coupons. However, they make up their own terms/exclusions. I purchased 3 footings for $17.99 that were not excluded from this offer according to the coupon. I was charged $38 which was more than double than I expected. I called and spoke to the manager Linda. She offered a refund of $6.99. She kept interrupting me and refused to listen as she had a line of customers and needed to help. I understand that as it was lunch time. One would think she would take down my information and call me back when it was a convenient time for her. She was rude, showed a true lack of concern and poor customer service. I will not give this location my business ever again.

Dont use cupons here apparently they have all kinds of stipulations on what you can actually use the coupons for. It's only build your own and nothing can be extra, can't add extra lettuce. What a terrible policy. Adding bacon to your sandwich just voids the cupon apparently, can't just pay the difference. If this is a franchised location it's gonna fail.

Been coming to this location for 10 years and have never experienced any issues, until the last few times i had came. The first issue i experienced was when i had picked up an online order and decided to order soup along with it, they kinda ran into the back and probably pulled some old package out and quickly heated it up, i rather them just tell me they don’t have it. I got home and the soup was spoiled! sour and nasty! The next time i ordered online i picked it up and when i got home the subs were actually incorrect, i had no cheese or lettuce on mine and had been given banana peppers that i didn’t ask for. My bread was also not toasted like the receipt said. So by this point i started to feel disappointed with the service and quality so when my family placed their most recent order i checked the subs in the car and to no avail they were wrong once again. I happily walked my butt back in the store and told the lady that there was no cheese on my TURKEY sandwich. (that’s important for later) She declined to remake it and just wanted to hand me cheese, i was like um can you at least put it on the sub. Please and thank you. She was a total a hole about my sub being wrong and kept questioning which sandwich was wrong bc she made them. I got a turkey and my dad got a ham sub, i end up being bullied out of getting cheese and wrap up the sub and leave. It wasn’t until i got home that it finally hit me that they swaped our sandwich meats around and i had ham on my sub with my veggies and my father had turkey on his sandwich. This place has seriously been on a downward spiral for the past 7 months. They need to get it together.

The manager lies about prices and how the coupons work. She also argues with anyone who doesn’t agree. Anytime you share a concern kindly they purposely mess up your sandwiches. DO NOT GO HERE. Publix for the win.
The employee that made my subs was rude, in a rush even though no one else was in line, seemed aggravated from the start. Also, he didn't change his gloves when taking items unrelated to my order from the oven. He also wouldn't use my coupon which was the only reason I came in to begin with. I have noticed at other establishments that the quality of workman ship and customer service is becoming worse. This is not an isolated incident as Gen Z hits the workforce, we are seeing declining food quality, and customer serve at many establishments. It is already bad enough that we have to pay way more for food, (thanks to the child sniffer in office) but to get bad service and poorly made food is the nail in the coffin. I don't think I will be returning to this location this isn't the first bad experience here.

Been coming here for years used to be great. But last several months the service has been going down hill. For example today I place an online order that was incorrect and it was the owner of the store. They werent even busy or anything. Its little things like this that ruin the experience especially for how expensive its become theres no reason to mess up minor things.
Service was very Good!, Fast and Friendly!. New Chicken Sandwich was okay!. Pricey for chicken sandwich!?.
