I will not be going back. They don't take coupons, which really sucks. The food is expensive enough for the quality of the sandwiches to not take them. They actually made a sign and put it up in front of us, which wasn't there when we placed the order. Nothing but a rip off. Subways might as well stop printing the coupons if none of the locations honor them. I should have waited for them to complete the order, present the coupon, have them say they won't honor it, then just walk out leaving it on the counter.

They have a lid that you are unable to see the neat and cheese area. You would think its for keeping everything cold and for no contamination. But not on the vegetable side. Been there 3 times and for now on will refuse to spend 25$ on a foot long and a 6 inch sub with almost no meat. Final straw was when i went up to buy extra meat for my child's sub the man at the register was extremely rude. Next time i will drive 5 minutes up the road just to never spend my money there again.

1st incident.The lady owner or whatever she is , not (never) been plvery polite. In the pass with other guests I have brought to dine in , she was very stin hy with topping , even when we are willing to pay extra. It looked as if she was annoyed.
2nd incident - walked in whileshe had a customer, waited till I walked up to order food , told her employee they were closed. I said ok , your closed??? Then she proceeded to try and take my order , as if all of a sudden she wasn't closed. I said Thank you and Goodbye.

My husband and I walked in, very clearly together….
The female sandwich artist was so preoccupied with my husband that she disregarded me completely, and finally when my husband said, “can you take her order?” Did i finally get starred at like a deer in headlights because I asked for a chicken salad sandwich. Then because she was just starring at me, and I was like, “Ma’am I’m just asking for the meat on the 42.” She ran to service my husband again… leaving me to stand there dumbfounded.
My husband was so over it that he spoke to the “manager” and said, “She just wants a Chicken salad sandwich, do you have that.” And instead I was starred at by both, and got a BMI sandwich instead… as I starred at the perfectly good chicken salad.
Then she totally screwed it up, 4 slices of cheese, the smallest handful of Spinach, 2 tomatoes and a handful of olives, but you know…. My sandwich was drowning in vinaigrette. Then when I asked for sub spice she legit dumped salt all over it, and parm cheese and no sub spice….
Meanwhile as my eye is twitching because at this point it felt like she was messing it up because she was jealous that I was with my husband. The manager was unplugging the computer while my husband was trying to pay, and then said to my husband that it was his fault that he unplugged the computer.
To say we left immediately is an understatement, cause when he saw my sandwich, he was like, “I changed my mind, bye.”
Summary: AVOID AT ALL COST
The rewards system sometimes works at this store. When the machine is not working right, there is one particular employee that does not know how to work it and she just stares at you and acts like, she doesn't understand what you were saying. She provides terrible customer service, and it's very frustrating to have an employee that does not know how to work their own equipment. It's obvious the training that they provide is not very good at this store. If subway provides a reward system, the employees know need to know how to work the machine in order for the customer to get their points.

The bar wrap was disgusting. Lettuce was not fresh, wrap was old and hard. They tried to warm it in microwave and that made it hard and impossible to chew. Never order this.

Sadly today I had the least favorite subway sub ever. The bread was almost hard, over baked, the lettuce was starting to turn brown , poor communication skills and sandwich building ability
Maybe being there were no customers they needed to try to move stuff, freshness not a positive point here
The old man messed up my order most of the time
But the food is great
