The service at this place is terrible. An older lady with blonde hair and blue eyes (I don't know her name) took my order twice, and both times she had an attitude. She was rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me like I was annoying her. I ordered the chicken bowl and the chicken tasted old. I've eaten there a few times and every time the food tastes awful. I won't be going back there.

The manager Kim that was working 7/9/25 at 5:00 pm because she might have gave me a fake name! Very rude called location 3 times she hung up on me every time the location was filthy tables not wiped floor’s disgusting she needs to be fired if she doesn’t want to be there she should find a better job doesn’t know how to be friendly

Just went there for a cravings box, told them only cheese only lettuce on everything due to allergy to tomatoes.. everything had tomatoes on it. My 5 yr old is not gonna want to spend another 35 to 40 min in the car to go back get a refund, replace the food I physically cant eat, so i called the place and the young woman over the phone denied me ever saying I informed her of my allergy and decided to be rude so its safe to say I will never be returning and gonna deal with being hungry tonight. Thank you very much 😐

I don't know why I try with tacobell anymore. It's everytime they put ingredients on my burritos I didn't ask for AND don't include the sauce packets. I left a note specifically asking for only three ingredients because they usually disregard the exclusions but maybe an extra note would help.....I also ordered 10 packets of sauce just to be safe and got 0. It's not even forgetting its simply not caring. How is it EVERYTIME from any taco bell, even in other states. I can't order off uber or doordash anymore. I will have to order in person and make sure to check before I leave.

The cherry sister

This is the first time me and my family have gone to this location, and we will not be returning. The item that we were charged with was correct, however the items we were given were incorrect. It was supposed to include 1 crunchy taco, 1 chalupa supreme, and a beef burrito, which is how we ordered it. Instead, we only got the Chalupa supreme, a beef burrito, and an extra mystery burrito that we did not order, which either had beans in it, or it wasn’t filled all the way. The lady in the drive through said it was supposed to be this way, but that’s not how the website says it’s supposed to be. We were also given an incorrect sauce that we asked for. If you don’t like doing your job, please just leave. It wasn’t complicated in the slightest. I work in the food industry, so I can understand making mistakes. But it’s completely unacceptable when we weren’t asked what was wrong with it. Whoever the trainer is at this location needs to retrain their staff, and making sure they’re handing out the right orders, as it’s also clear that nobody is being reprimanded or at least being talked to about mess ups. I can see why this location has so many 1 star reviews now.

Waited in line for over 15 minutes to be told the wifi went out and they couldn't provide any service though the vehicle in front of me happened to be able to pay and proceed as normal. Terrible communication and keeping people trapped in a line when they could move the person forward and let everyone else leave but was made to wait until their order was completed.

Poor products. Bad food . Dry pot pie, dough not over the container. Ordered crispy chicken, but not sure if it was regular or just sat a long time and got soggy and greasy. Go elsewhere.

We paid over $20 for our food to look like this!!!! If you don’t like doing your job, you should definitely leave cuz this isn’t good customer service at all! I will be calling corporate tomorrow to let them know who these people are that work for them! Definitely not cool at all!

So excited to try chicken and waffles got the order and it was awful no syrup we even asked the drive through person if it came with syrup she said yes the waffle was like a rock chicken was dry take pride in your product make people happy.

Ordered 3 Crunchy Taco Supremes, 1 Nacho Belle Grande, and 1 Discovery Luxe Box. The Taco Supremes and Nacho Belle Grande did NOT have Sour Cream even though we were charged for it. All of the tacos were soggy from greasy meat filling. This was the WORST tasting meal we've ever had at a Taco Bell. Tried sending feedback via their website. I filled out all of the comments regarding our issues and when trying to submit, the website took me to a KFC website that had no method of complaining about the Taco Bell. Never going to this place again.
