This has got to be hands down, the most disgusting taco bell ever! Got a bucket of mixed chicken meal and some various taco bell items. The bucket of chicken was horrible. Tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago and nuked, and didn't have one breast. The taco bell items were the same way. Hardly any toppings on any item. There was some purple crap inside the quesadilla that smells like sour milk. Got some nacho fries and they had to be yesterday! Absolutely awful! Those fries were so hard that I thought I was going to chip a tooth. This had to be the most disgusting food I've literally ever eatin. The managers or whom ever runs this location, needs to pull their head from their ass's, and get this place operating better! Spent almost 50 dollars on crap I wouldn't even feed my dog!

So I placed a delivery order as my car was totaled. Food was delivered fast with great service from my uber driver but all of my crunchy tacos were soft and the person they were for does not like them soft and won’t eat them. I ordered thru Instacart as I had a $10 food voucher there. Instacart would not refund or do anything. So I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty not the GM, her name was Diana, who before apologizing made the excuse that it doesn’t show on their order screen as crunchy. Yet it’s on my receipt that was taped to the bag!!?? As an old general manager myself of a restaurant with a drive thru, I questioned why my order wasn’t checked for accuracy since it’s correct on the receipt and you tapped it to the bag so someone saw that they should’ve been crunchy. Her response was “we don’t do that here”. So the manager Diana states that they do not check your order before they give it to you!! I again questioned well don’t you think you should start doing this as to avoid future issues? She said it’s not protocol, but she will tell the General manager my suggestion. I am just floored by this comment and the audacity of how little this manager actually cared about the problem, nor about fixing the problem; let alone not caring about adjusting future issues! Sorry Diana that you feel you need your general managers permission to check orders for accuracy on YOUR shift! The only thing she offered to me was for me call Uber about the issue. I actually had to ask her, if she could just put my name down in a book that most restaurants have to replace messed up orders and just write that I need 4 crunchy tacos. I again was told they don’t do this but I can write her name down on my receipt. So you’re telling me, you keep no records in store? I can just write a managers name on my receipt regardless of anything was actually wrong and you’ll just give me free food?!?! I’m sorry Taco Bell, but this manager does not care about customer satisfaction or running her shift properly and accurately for your customers or your company name! This was the worst service I’ve ever received at this location in over 10 years!!!

I deliver for DoorDash and UberEats and I hate getting orders for this location because 99% of the time there's a problem. First, the inside smells. It reminds me of what the Anclote Pier's bathrooms smell like. Second they never have chicken for KFC customers at night. It can be as early as 8 pm and they run out. This has been an ongoing going issue for years now and you'd think they'd either make it so nobody can order KFC after they run out of chicken or make more chicken so they don't run out. This location is missing out on making a lot of money by not ever having chicken available. It's ridiculous. And Last they are slow AF. When they do have the order you get stuck waiting way longer than necessary. Last time I was there they said they were making the order and the 15 minutes later finally tell me they didn't have the items and wanted to know if the customer would like to substitute it..smh that took another 15 minutes. Management needs to step up or corporate needs to step in

Got 2 of the boxes one exactly how it came, and then the other with all steak as the meat. The trainee was getting it right but the other lady said she was doing it wrong and put it all as steak so when I got the food and everything is steak of course I’m gonna go up and have it fixed. I did not ask for steak. Tell me why it took 3 times (1 time it was her only giving me 2 items back instead of the 3??) just for the other lady to comprehend the fact of me saying I didn’t want steak on these ones instead of just remaking them all again with steak?? After the first time she had me bring everything I ordered back up for her to throw out and remake everything and I was so confused but when I got it back it was exactly how it was messed up before?? I don’t know what the point of that was. I figured it would be harder to get an order right that has customizations not just how it comes but I guess not. I was trying to be understanding to the lady because yeah people make mistakes but when she starts being rude as if it is my fault, you cannot expect me to stay that way. The trainee kept apologizing and I felt bad because she felt that it was on her when she was the one who had it right.

Attention to details is lacking. Just got home after ordering big beef burrito with a soft shell supreme taco with pepsi zero.
Burrito is NOT a big beef. Actually there is No Beef in this. You gave me a hard shell taco instead of soft and the soda is flat. So all around not good experience at all. Plus no receipt in the bag. Just disappointing 👎

KFC is always tasty. Stopped by while on vacation but I was disappointed with the chicken strips dinner. I was expecting larger well breaded strips & got quite small (3") lightly breaded strips. They were good but employee forgot the honey mustard for dipping them so they were a bit bland without it. I was quite surprised how expensive a bucket of chicken costs now! From these disappointments I gave 4 stars.

Sometimes they get yr food right, never get a bowl 🥣 there always under full it's a kids bowl the size they give u and yr lucky if u get yr food in time and it's not messed up or cold.

I ended up going through the drive thru to order food paid almost $25 and mostly everything was wrong. They gave me two chicken littles when all I wanted was one so charged me for two and then charged me for three things of nachos when they were supposed to be burritos. We ended up going back and Rachel said she will not do a refund or exchange the nachos for the burritos instead.
She was very rude and not at all nice what so ever.
