25 years I've been going to this disaster of a location, no more. Just ONCE I'd love to get my entire order, correct, just ONCE. it's never happened.

I got a famous bowl meal .. they then told me they didn’t have the ice so I told them I didn’t want the drink. I still was charged for the drink and told “it came with the meal so I can’t refund you” meanwhile I said on the speaker I didn’t want it if it was gonna be warm.. why would I want a warm drink!? The drink was warm and my famous bowl was cold! Had me sitting in the drive through for 10 mins just to still get my order wrong. Then I was charged for the person behind me instead of my own order! I’ve had nothing but problems at this location yall are always out of half the stuff yall sell.. I’ve tried to give yall multiple chances and yall fail miserably every time! I don’t know if yall need new management or trainers or what.. but selling chicken and tacos isn’t rocket science. I’ve worked fast food for years and never seen such disorganization with a crew in my life. Get it together.

This place keeps getting dirtier every time I go. The floors in the kitchen are filthy. The dining room is sometimes clean and the bathrooms yuck.But my biggest beef of all is they run out of chicken at dinner time like clockwork. Seriously it's 5:30 pm and they have no chicken left? Not one time but everytime.

The were out of 4 different products, including mild sauce. The GM is either awful, non-present, or both. Actually applied for an AGM position & GM wasnt here 3 days in a row, so that tells a lot. Staff says GM will lie on counts because they are always out of stuff. ALWAYS. Also tortillas are often "extra crispy" aka burnt. I dont have crazy high standards for fast food but damn this place is bad.

Has to be some of the worst food I've ever been served. Biscuits were hockey pucks. The tacos were stale. Chicken and fries seemed like they had been sitting around for hours. Paid nearly $50 for a dinner for 4. Possibly the worst meal I've ever had. You've been warned.
