Orders have recently been wrong and management seems aggravated to fix issues. Sad to say we have found other places to go that can make simple orders correctly.

We ordered a Nacho Bell Grande... We received the Nacho Bell Grande with no beef. We contacted the restaurant to no avail. No one answered the phone. The service of the food was definitely poor quality. We were not able to eat dinner due to this mistake they refuse to rectify when we called the restaurant. We would suggest thoroughly checking your order before you order from this restaurant. Distasteful and unprofessional to serve food of poor quality. Highly disappointed.

Went at noon. The staff was very focused on the deliveries and drive-thru orders. They took a while to come greet me, just to say that I should order at the electronic screen/totem, as they don't take orders at the checkout. The order came out impeccable: quick, hot, perfect packaging. Tacos were extra crunchy. Staff looked stressed and tense. I hope management isn't overworking them, but the atmosphere felt so off. Maybe I'm making a lot of assumptions, but I don't wanna see people suffering just so I can enjoy a hot taco.

I want to give a huge shout out to the female manager on duty tonight, Sunday, January 12th. It appears that she possibly had some newer workers tonight, the drive-through was extremely backed up and I put in a mobile order. As I came through the line, the individual forgot to check me in so my order was not ready at the window. She very calmly told her staff that things happen and continued to peptalk them through the mistake. She offered me a drink for the inconvenience and had a wonderful attitude while dealing with the chaos. I just want to thank her and the team tonight for amazing service as I frequent this particular Taco Bell often. She is a great manager!

The disparity between local Taco Bells is quite shocking.

That said, this one is great!!! I wish they all could be this good. The employees here don't hate you for coming in and the food was delicious.

I was there to pick up food for a family member, the luxe cravings box, a mt dew, a soft taco and a cinnamon twist. At the window I was handed the cravings box, the mt dew, and a paper bag. I proceeded to look in the paper bag all that was in it was the cinnamon twists I then asked the young man at the window about the soft taco, he said it should be in the bag, it was not. The woman from the back came to the window and snapped at me, that it was in the box, well ok then. It's not part of the cravings box why put it in there? She made me feel like I was trying to cheat them out of a lousy taco. I will not be going back there. That "woman" needs an attitude adjustment and to be taught respect. She has no people skills and should be fired.
