Went at noon. The staff was very focused on the deliveries and drive-thru orders. They took a while to come greet me, just to say that I should order at the electronic screen/totem, as they don't take orders at the checkout. I want to give a huge shout out to the female manager on duty tonight, Sunday, January 12th. It appears that she possibly had some newer workers tonight, the drive-through was extremely backed up and I put in a mobile order. As I came through the line, the individual forgot to check me in so my order was not ready at the window. She very calmly told her staff that things happen and continued to peptalk them through the mistake. She offered me a drink for the inconvenience and...
