My husband and I dined indoors for the first time at Tijuana Flats. Jess, front of house trainer, could not have been more friendly and helpful, as I am handicapped. Jess made certain we knew where everything could be located and even brought the menu to our table. Jess checked on us frequently and made sure everything was perfect! We will definitely come back! I’m so disappointed, I used to always get the blackened chicken flautas which were my absolute favorite. Last time I got it and got home I noticed it didn’t have lettuce, jalapeño and all the stuff it came with and they were like oh they stopped doing that. So now it’s just a plain flauta and now I just checked and you have to also choose between guacamole or cheese you don’t even get both of those either anymore and the price is exactly the same. Just for myself when I go I spend about $20 and now it’s nowhere near worth it at all. Disappointed about that.

First time at this location. Wonderful experience. food was Great, timely and delicious. Joe took care of us and I can’t tell you how amazing he was! He made this visit special , he even sang happy birthday to me, I’ll return for sure 👍

The experience was great, the waiter/cashier, Joe was so kind and sweet and made us laugh lots. The food was amazing and flavorful. Even though we ate outside, the restaurant was very colorful and eye-catching. Overall, our experience was amazing and definitely recommend and will come back.

First time coming to this location, food was delish (as always), loved sitting outside on the patio.... and Joe was an absolute delight!
We went for our lunch break and were very disappointed. The counter only had one employee and was easily backed up. It look nearly 10 minutes to go through the line and another 20 or more to get our food. The food was mediocre at best and somehow cold.
