The staff seems more concerned about smoking cigarettes out back with random homeless people than doing their actual job and when I say the staff, I mean, the chick that works for the grill that gets one order and acts like she's swamped... The chick that's working the grill this evening 8/8/25 needs to be fired, remediated, preferably relocated. She is useless and her attitude sucks just as bad. She serves barely cooked food and gives you an attitude when you complain. And I love nothing more than ordering to go to have to go back and have my order remade because she was more concerned with smoking than cooking our food properly. If there was another Waffle House within a reasonable distance, I would never return to this location...

Definitely the worst Waffle House we’ve ever been to and we frequent Waffle House in different areas. Took 45 minutes to get our food, which came wrong. Had to ask for things multiple times. They said they were short staffed, however there were many people not doing anything, including the manager.

I'm very disappointed that after investing my money on the local TouchTunes machine, I discovered that the music does not enough volume to hear with the current activity in the restaurant. And then no one at the location has access to bring the volume up to a level that can be heard. Food was normal, and the staff are pleasant.
