This is the biggest pile of crap restaurant in the area of any variety. This place is disgusting inside and out, when you see a restaurant that’s kept in this condition, believe me that means the places you don’t see, aka the food prep and storage areas are even worse. This is 100% a top down management issue, you can’t blame the employees when it’s this bad.

Food was ok . My frosty melted by the time my food was ready. The cashier is slow and couldn’t run the next customers because she had to go back-and-forth getting drinks when really she just had to hand cups. For that kind of service I’m best to go somewhere else.

genuinely the worst wendy’s i’ve ever been to in my life. Nuggets are either hard and chewy or completely soft and soggy, i have never in my life written a review for a fast food place but it’s bad every single time i go even the natural lemonade taste off. go elsewhere

Every time I go there they get the order wrong. Dirty store.
Came through drive thru for breakfast at 6:30am. It says that you guys are open at 6am but nobody’s answers the drive thru and doors are locked this is unacceptable and will be reported to corporate immediately.
Update: I filled a corporate complaint and am waiting to currently hear back from them now. If a manager sees this review I would love for them to respond to this

I visited @ 9:35 PM on 11/30/2024. I stood by the register for more than a moment while waiting to be greeted. When I was greeted, it was Vicky that was called for and I assume approached the register. Vicky pleasantly greeted me and asked how she could help. I asked for what I normally order, which included a meal and cookie for the meal. Vicky rang the cookie up at the separate ($1.99 a la carte) price, so I asked about the $0.99 you can purchase with a meal. Vicky stated that she hadn't heard of it and refused to find the "L-0099-COOKIE" coupon for use with a meal. She also had an option of using the separate section of the menu for adding the cookie and other items to a meal which automatically applies this coupon. What I received was an attitude change and a response telling me this has never been part of the menu. I have been purchasing this for a long time, including at this store #. When I asked for a manager, Vicky informed she was the manager on duty. I informed her that she needed to work on learning a little more about her job and have a great night. Your sale went to another store tonight.
