Apparently the manager on duty doesn’t know what Tomato and Lettuce only is on the crispy chicken BLT. I ordered 2 sandwiches both Lettuce and Tomato only,
drove home 15 mins to find out they still had cheese and mayo on them. So I drove back to the location 15 mins, told him they were supposed to be lettuce and tomato only. I didn’t ask for anything extra even after the inconvenience that THEY caused me. I left and drove home 15 mins to find out he once again put the same ingredients on the two new sandwiches just minus the mayo. So I call up and ask him what lettuce and tomato only mean and has the audacity to say that I didn’t ask for no cheese or bacon….I asked him again what does ONLY mean and he said he wasn’t gonna argue with me and hung up on me. I’ve included one of the second sandwiches and how sloppy it was made. I will NEVER use this location again as long as that dude works there. I included a picture of the bag because your new slogan 100% fits “There was NOTHING a happy about this meal”

Order was wrong. When I arrived home the JBC deluxe tasted terrible. Like it had been prepared earlier. Didn’t even give me crackers for chili that I ordered. The rest of the food wasn’t good either.

i just wanna say i went in for a doordash order and there was a woman at the counter with braided hair and she was training a new male employee and was doing a phenomenal job and you can tell he was happy. the lady working the drive thru proceeded to undermine what the woman with the braids had told him in a VERY snappy tone and was saying it very loudly and ended her comment with “just telling you the RIGHT way” and the lady with the braids proceeded to just keep working and brush it off but i think wendys needs to really re-evaluate their choice of employees as the entire dining room and people waiting for orders heard her and were appalled at her behavior as it was absolutely unprofessional and rude and so sad that the new employee had to be put in that situation because i know if i was him i would’ve been so uncomfortable. ridiculous and sad.

They locked their doors thirty minutes early before 10pm when I just needed to pickup a DoorDash order waiting on the pickup table. I had to wait in a twenty minute drive thru line as a result. I could literally see my order through the window and they wouldn’t let me in.

Waited 22 minutes in the drive-thru and was given the wrong order. Didn't realize until I got home. Tried to call them but they don't answer the phone. Not good service. Will have to give 1 star to post, but they only deserve zero stars.

me and my boyfriend went through to get some dinner. They have a new ai tool to take orders which kept getting ours wrong. My boyfriend then asked for a real person. We said the order no response then they finally came and we said it was wrong. We asked for 4 sauces but they said they can only do two which is fine. We pulled to the window paid and the manager came up and just said “I’m gonna have you pull up” no please no thank you. We waited for a while and she finally came out practically threw the bag at us and didn’t say anything till last minute saying “next time don’t be rude” last I checked your the manager yes we were laughing at the robot because it’s stupid and was unexpected. And if we were rude you don’t say anything we’re the customers and I understand I’ve worked customer service for years I work at Starbucks now a much harder place to work and actual rude people. She needs to get out of this industry if us laughing at a robot ruined her might to yell at us. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Oh and can’t forget she gave us no sauces.. none when she knew full well we wanted more but were obviously fine with only 2. And no spoon for frosty which she got mad at me for calling it a milkshake.. ok? anyway she needs to be fired

We did the drive-thru and instead of getting a real person to take the order they have AI order taker.I couldn't give my full order and it gave me a total. In my opinion that is pure laziness and when I pulled up to the window it seemed that the cashier had an attitude because she had to take the rest of my order.She had someone else give me my change I won't be going back there again.

This is the biggest pile of crap restaurant in the area of any variety. This place is disgusting inside and out, when you see a restaurant that’s kept in this condition, believe me that means the places you don’t see, aka the food prep and storage areas are even worse. This is 100% a top down management issue, you can’t blame the employees when it’s this bad.

Food was ok . My frosty melted by the time my food was ready. The cashier is slow and couldn’t run the next customers because she had to go back-and-forth getting drinks when really she just had to hand cups. For that kind of service I’m best to go somewhere else.
