if i could give 0 stars i would the gentleman that took our order rushed us with an attitude then ignored when we asked for the receipt and we asked for barbecue and ranch sauce and we got honey mustard…. it’s not that hard to be patient and listen then you wouldn’t make mistakes. it says the cashier’s name was breece.

Terrible experience. I ordered through Uber Eats for pick-up, arrived on time, and was told they had already given my food to someone else. They refused to cancel the order, remake it, or offer any kind of help, just told me to contact Uber, who also wouldn’t assist. I ended up being blamed for their mistake and denied service even though I had already paid and had proof I was the one who ordered the food. I waited over 20 minutes in the parking lot hoping for a resolution, only to be told there was nothing they could do. Completely unacceptable.

We've been upcharged by their AI-drive thru every. Single. Time. If you're ordering lemonade here as your drink, double-check your receipt. Chances are, you're getting charged for the pricier version.

We love our Wednesday dinners at wednesday before we go to church. They deliver on food, flavor and are on our list of delicious places. I think that the people working there could be maybe a little friendlier or positive. Just saying I know it's hard to work in these places.But maybe a little smile, every now and then would go a long way. We would never stop going there, though.That's why I gave the four star rating in service and atmosphere.

Waited 30 minutes for old fries, cold burgers, and a half melted chocolate frosty. When we went inside to check on the frosty, we were able to hear the manager in the drive thru window screaming “That’s why I offered a vanilla!” Someone who blames customers for the store not being prepared or able to do their job properly should not be working customer service. Waste of money and will not be coming back.
