There has been no lettuce for over 3 weeks. This is unacceptable. There is lettuce for the wraps, and the salads. But last I looked the sign said Wendy's old-fashioned hamburgers. Not Latino Central and Southwest style bring back American food. I will not be going back. All the other big burger joints have lettuce.

The cashier was anything but helpful. She was rude and her display of 'friendly service' was anything but friendly. I understand the stress of customer service but when the cashier acts like she hates her job than Laura should consider getting another job.

Ordered 2 bacon double stacks, asked for onions, lettuce and tomato! Told my husband we are out of lettuce, no tomato. 1 little onion!!!! That is all we give! Yes rudest manager! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!

Would not change a drive-through order to a walk up order for pick up of four chicken nuggets and a medium drink for a handicap person that walked in they made me walk back to the car so I canceled the order. This country just keeps getting worse.
