Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First time there and food was amazing loved it

So I was wanting to try the Zaxbys by my house, and got the worst service. I knew they closed at 10 but didn’t know inside closed at 9 so as I’m about to pull the handle to walk in a guy comes and locks the door in my face and turns around walks away. I ordered my food online at 9:04 and get in the drive thru and ordered a regular fry I get that first and my boneless wings they said we’re making fresh but didn’t know they would take like 18 minutes to cook. As we go to leave I open my fries and there is literally 5 French fries the whole bottom of the box was showing. Wings were good but not 20 minutes good and fries weee decent what little I had of them. That was after I took one out(not the best pic) but I’ll never go back

I want to give a yelling screaming shout out to Ms. Peggy the Manager at this Zaxbys!!! She is so kind and accommodating. I ordered some Lemon Pepper Wings through drive through and they were made exactly how I asked for them!!! Thank you Ms. Peggy!!! You're amazing!!!

They have too many young people working in there. I go to the Zaxbys in orange city Fl this one in new port richey is a prime example of chain to chain. They can’t even get the concept of making the wings well done. Always have to complain to the point I just stop going. I go to Huey magoos instead. In orange city when I tell the. 5 min well done or 8 min well done it’s never an issue.

Chicken sandwich was 🔥

Plenty of parking. Nice rustic atmosphere. Good CS. Had the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich didn't have much flavor and I couldn't eat the fries due to too much seasoning and it was way too salty. Based on this experience I probably won't return.

upon me arriving the restaurant was empty. Shortly after they got slammed. The young girl taking orders cleared the floor real quick. She was very sweet and informative. My order came out quick . I had no issues with my order. I ordered the wings and things, cheddar bites, and fried pickles and it all was fresh and delicious.

Amazing service! Wish I had asked for the name of the employee helping me because he was fantastic! Food so good too :)

Found a screw in my salad def did not expect that. Been going there for a long time now. But it happens I guess I just know to triple check everything I ate from there before I eat it.
