The prices keep going higher and the quality and portions keep getting worse. I have been a Zaxby's fan for over 10 years. But I think I am done after the very dry chicken sandwich, expensive salad that is now fairly small and got 4 tiny shrimp for $3 that did not even taste good.

Lady taking my order gave me a regular frozen lemonade even though I ordered a strawberry. I let her know when I noticed at the window and she literally just starred at me.. like I was in the wrong?!Didn’t offer to replace or anything. I just left cause I don’t deal with stupidity well.

Love the food so good. My last trip I used the drive through, and didn’t receiver fork, so it was very difficult to eat my coleslaw. But I’m not really complaining. The food is so delicious at Zaxby’s. I love the place and I always have a great experience when I go to any of them.

Put in 2 orders for egg rolls. The egg rolls were burnt and there was hardly any veggies in them. They don't even look anything like what's on TV. False advertising . They were so tiny.

Ordered on grubhub. They left out my drink. I got their funnel cake which was tiny and hard. The fries and bread were bland and soggy and the chicken tasted good till I got to the last tender and noticed a long strand of hair baked into the bottom.

The Moon lake Zaxby's was ok. I got the chicken sammy just to compare for the chicken sammy wars. They did not impress me, kinda bland. The fries were crinkle cut and fantastic. I might try something else in the future, but maybe not.
