I'm cuban so I know tasty food but man I wish my mom was half Venezuelan so I would of grown up eating all these delectable treats. I come often and almost always get the Cachapa con carne desmechada don't for get the fresh spicy salsa.

Very good arepas! We ordered shredded chicken arepas with maduros, cheese and their homemade sauce, absolutely delicious, we wanted to rewind and eat it again ? the service was attentive and kind. Family oriented atmosphere, cute small but roomy indoor space to eat. Thank you!

Soooo. This was my first time coming here. My family is new to Newberry and I was literally browsing the web for food near me. I came across this magnificent place and decided try it due to all of the good reviews. Man!!! I am sooo happy I tried it! The staff were so polite and welcoming. They asked me if was my first time and recommended a few menu items. I went with the fried arepa with steak and a side of sweet plantain. OMG! When I tell you that’s the most flavorful delicious food I’ve had in a while!!! Words can’t describe how good this food is! You just have to try it! I will definitely be coming back to try EVERYTHING on the menu!

The restaurant is right on SW 250th St, so pay attention not to miss it. I've been here three times. Never missed. Atmosphere: incredible. You can taste the love as you savor each bite. If you're ever in the area (and even if you're not, it's worth the drive) stop here and have anything!! The patacon con carne desmachada is my favorite! Love the owners, always a pleasure to be around and always welcoming to everyone that's come through the door.
