Cilantro Tacos (Tioga)

It would be amazing if Cilantro could reconsider how they are catering to vegetarians and vegans. As it is right now, subbing out meat/dairy is not possible and results in an upcharge. A sub-menu for vegetarian and vegan options would be amazing! If they do this, I would be happy to update my review.

I had such a great experience at Cilantro Tacos in Tioga. The food was absolutely amazing, its fresh, flavorful, and made completely from scratch right in front of me. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier.

A big shout-out to Nathan and the girls working that night, you can tell how much effort they put in, even as it got close to closing. Nathan is an incredible chef, and it really shows in the way the dishes come together. This spot has definitely become one of my go-to places, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for authentic, delicious tacos in a welcoming setting.

More like Cilan-slow! I ordered at 6:01 PM and didn’t receive my order until 6:59 PM. The food is good but the service at dinner is horrible.

This food is amazing. Its right by the gym, which kills every calorie I just burned but soooo delicious. I love it. I go EVERY week.

This is my first time ordering from Cilantros food truck at it was a hit! I told the cashier that I had a bad gluten allergy and she said she'd take care of it. She told the cook about my allergies and he told me that what I ordered wasn't gluten free and recommended I get the carnita bowl. The meat was so tender, juicy, and tasty! The bowl was huge so I was stuffed. Thanks to Nate, Sophia, and Ashley (I hope I got their names right!)

Food is good however for the price they should not skimp on the toppings
The meat does not have that Mexican flavor
It is good though it can be overlooked if the toppings were of a better protoortion

I have visited this location about 3 times now. Recently I ordered for delivery. I will say I am never disappointed with them and they always go a great job. This delivery was no exception. It arrived still warm and everything was great quality. I live by Archer so I was impressed by how the food showed up on the doorstep. A lot of Gainesville restaurants to go and delivery just misses but Cilantro really did a great job so I commend them for their top notch service.

I got a beef burrito and loaded fries with steak (topped with queso, sour cream, pico, cilantro) to split with my boyfriend . The fries were still crunchy and the steak was so tender and not chewy by any means. Sometimes I order from other places and steak can be cartilage feeling or chewy texture and it can be off putting. But it was seasoned well and I kept coming back for more bites. The portion was massive that we still had alot leftover. I was starving so I didn’t get a chance to take a picture sadly. The burrito was still hot and so flavorful but I wish I could have an option for hot sauce or some onions to create a balance and contrast with the beefy flavor. All around a great place that never lets me down. It’s my go to when I eat out which I rarely do nowadays .

Food is great, but dump question. If the server can’t get the name right, the. don’t ask for a name ! I gave the name Beau today and got yelled as Pao. Another day I gave Matt, and got called for Max. What if there’s a real Max waiting in line ?!!

We ate at the Alachua location for the first time on Wednesday. They were really busy and running a spirit night for a local school on top of it. Even though the staff was slammed, they were all polite and accommodating to the customers. The food was absolutely amazing and we can't wait to go back again! Great job guys!!
