nice location on the way home pick up dinner and earn points for your wife I always order the peoples choice. what I noticed about this location was all the local people work so hard to keep everything looking good and ready to serve. this dominos was a pleasure to do business with and look forward to order again always a good pizza and always helpful and courteous people.

This location can't put a correct order together even if they wanted to. I've ordered delivery multiple times and it's constantly wrong. So I changed it up and ordered pick up thinking the order has to be correct. Stupid me, I was wrong thinking someone there would be able to do their job. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered a Pizza and a drink. Was told that it would arrive in 25/30 minutes, called back after waiting an hour for my food. Was told by the manager that they have nothing on file for me, need i mind you that I gave them my Debit card information. The man on the phone told me that they couldn't deliver to me. I asked why would he tell me that I would have it in 25 minutes if they couldn't. Manager in the background arguing with the driver that the order wasn't even put in but HE TOOK MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. He then told me he was going to just write it up and a pick up order. Then proceeded to ask for my card information again as he stated it was not saved in the system. (Need i mind you, he stated previously that the card was approved). I then told him I did not feel comfortable giving him my information again and that I would like to speak to the manager, he told me that the manager was busy and cannot talk to me with an attitude. I then told him that I would just have to report them then because that is not right and I am going to bed hungry. The food is already sloppily done, but they were the only ones open and I was very hungry at the time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Refuses to deliver to our address. They used to have pick up locations close to our home but they got rid of them. Little Caesars on Archer and 34th street will deliver to us, but our neighborhood Domino's won't.

Huge problems with this store every time I order I get the wrong order. Today I specifically came into pick it up and they handed the wrong order to a customer. The customer came back said this isn't my order then threw my order away made me wait another 35 minutes when they said 7 minutes. This is unbelievable. Calling corporate Monday

Add 25 additional minutes of waiting time to whatever your app says if you order from this place. It has happened to our family twice in a row now.
The wait is bad enough, but the dishonesty is what makes interacting with this establishment especially unpleasant.
I hope the manager will consider changing the “expected wait time” from “14-24 minutes” to “60 minutes or more.” Setting expectations appropriately will allow people the dignity to make an informed choice.

Location 5063 Newberry Rd can not get orders correct 3rd time ordered pan sausage mushroom got ham and pineapple. The manger started we had lots of order. A credit does nothing for my hunger 20 minutes away when we try to get replacement it will be a hassle like before. Just use someone different
Awesome location. Pizza always comes out hot and has the toppings we ask for. Thomas helped me with an over the phone order today and was super helpful. Special thanks ☺️

I ordered a couple of the stuffed crust pizza last night for curbside delivery and I’ll have to say that was the very best pizza I have ever gotten from dominos. The girl that brought it out was so sweet. Thank u guys for the wonderful pizza u guys killed it.

Placed an order @6h50pm got to the store @7h15pm only for them to tell us they only starting to prep our order. Waited another 30 min just for them to tell us its going into the oven @7h45pm. Its currently 7h55pm and we are still sitting here as we saw them starting prep only at 7h48pm.
Terrible service. No straigt awnsers just lies.
And a little lady complaing as how she had to do all the work while the male just stood there and them started helping

Poor service here. You order online and you’re waiting an hour or more for food. You’ll get a email confirmation of your order, and they won’t even have started your food 30 minutes later when you show up. Nothing but excuses from the employees and they refuse to reimburse you.

It's like they had a pepperoni pizza made already and just splooshed some green peppers on top and called it a wrap. My fault for ordering from the wrong Domino's. That's a pizza made by a Gen Z I guess
