Location 5063 Newberry Rd can not get orders correct 3rd time ordered pan sausage mushroom got ham and pineapple. The manger started we had lots of order. A credit does nothing for my hunger 20 minutes away when we try to get replacement it will be a hassle like before. Just use someone different

I ordered a couple of the stuffed crust pizza last night for curbside delivery and I’ll have to say that was the very best pizza I have ever gotten from dominos. The girl that brought it out was so sweet. Thank u guys for the wonderful pizza u guys killed it.

Placed an order @6h50pm got to the store @7h15pm only for them to tell us they only starting to prep our order. Waited another 30 min just for them to tell us its going into the oven @7h45pm. Its currently 7h55pm and we are still sitting here as we saw them starting prep only at 7h48pm.
Terrible service. No straigt awnsers just lies.
And a little lady complaing as how she had to do all the work while the male just stood there and them started helping

Poor service here. You order online and you’re waiting an hour or more for food. You’ll get a email confirmation of your order, and they won’t even have started your food 30 minutes later when you show up. Nothing but excuses from the employees and they refuse to reimburse you.

It's like they had a pepperoni pizza made already and just splooshed some green peppers on top and called it a wrap. My fault for ordering from the wrong Domino's. That's a pizza made by a Gen Z I guess

I found a carry out pizza to be priced high when you can buy a DiGiorno that tastes just as good. The only difference is that you have to cook the DiGiorno pizza.

Not trying to mess with peoples jobs or be that kind of person, but just felt like you all should know before throwing money away. Will not be going back to this location.
Ordered online. Estimated ready time was 9-14 minutes. Drove to the location. Ordered had not even been started. I was then told it would be another 45 minutes. I cancelled the order.

Never really had an issue, until I found out you don’t honor the birthday promo? Feels greedy, don’t want to give back to the regulars? Papa John’s delivers out here now. Maybe I’ll have better luck with the Papa points.

The food anyways tastes good, but the reason I'm only rating 4/5 is because my pizza occasionally comes out looking like it was cut by someone with iron deficiency with how they're cut

Order a 2 topping medium pan and it looks like someone missed the assignment and thought it was a half toppings,,and the other half cheese with a quarter of sauce and it's barely cut,,slow the hell down and take some pride in your work
