Excellent sushi! We are so happy that we found this place! The restaurant is cute, clean and welcoming. It’s not big but even if there’s no seating g there’s always take-out. The sushi is fresh and made to order right at the bar. We had a special roll and the tepen shrimp and steak. It was all amazing! I don’t think we’ll get sushi anywhere else!

Quiet, unassuming little restaurant with amazing food, fast and friendly service. I had the octopus A la carte apetizer and a delicious lobster roll. My partner had the chicken/steak hibachi and said that the meat was very tender and tasty. His portion was generous, so much so that he felt full just from eating the fried rice that came as a side dish and had to ask for a to-go box for the rest of his meal. We will definitely go back there. I ordered a glass of Moscato with my meal, but I would suggest that the restaurant makes available moscato from the South of Italy. It is not Moscato unless it's made there. Five stars for everything else though.Parking: Strip mall with a Publix, so a lot of the parking spots were occupied, yet I was able to find a spot with ease.

We went to.eat around 430.pm. the restaurant is very clean. There is enough indoor seating mostly table ls for two, some.for 4 and one.fpr.6. The menu is really full of options and includes hibachi. The prices are.quitw reasonable. The service was excellent, being prompt and friendly. Several returns to the table to refill drinks. The food was fresh, well prepared, and presented well, which was pretty to look at, very appetizing. Our checks were brought promptly after asking if we were finished. The food is really delicious and cooked perfectly according to item. I was very surprised and really happy to eat there. I will.be back and can see this may be my favorite sushi place to go.Vegetarian options: There are 6 rolls that without modification are vegan. Some of the other rolls may need modifications to be vegetarian. The atmosphere is great, the food is excellent,the facility is clean and for me I would rather have less options that are good vegan than more that I don't care for.

I was really disappointed when Fuji Sushi closed, as I loved their food and ate there every week. The first time I walked in after the change, I didn't have a lot of hope for A'Xin, but I was pleasantly surprised. Their sushi ingredients are fresh and top quality, and the service is outstanding. After 3 trips, I now prefer it to Fuji Sushi (something I never would have thought possible).

We stumbled on this gem on accident and we're so happy we did! The food is really good! We are from Chicago but moved to Gainesville about a yr ago and it has been such a challenge finding a sushi spot that is even halfway decent. Tbh we almost gave up. Then we found this place. Everything tasted fresh and up to our ridiculously high standards. The customer service was on par too. We were greeted with a smile and a "hello" when we walked in. Tim/Xin was so sweet and attentive, he has a badass sleeve worth checking out as well! We couldn't be more happy. It's a bit of a drive but well worth it! We will be back! Thank you!

Excellent!Not big on the atmosphere but the staff are really nice, service is great and the food was Incredible.Tons of parking.No problem for handicapped customers.No problem for kids.The sushi was really, really good - in fact the Tempura Lobster was one of the two best Sushi I have ever eaten.Both me and my 16 year old were blown away!Highly recommend.We will Definitely be back!Vegetarian options: It's got a lot of vegetable items - I'm a carnivore so I am not sure how some of it might qualify.Dietary restrictions: Wide range of optionsParking: It's a supermarket complex parking lot. I remember when it used to be Fuji Sushi, it was nice but now, it's beautiful. I love how small and cozy it is but at the same time it has a very refreshing feel to it. The waitstaff were wonderful, the food delicious, and all in all, quickly becoming one of my new favorite places. I highly recommend the takoyaki, crispy on the outside and just absolutely creamy on the inside; delicious! Just be warned, it is made fresh and it's very hot. I learned that the hard way so you don't have to. I will be back time and time again, I want to try the whole menu.
