Amsterdam, Sick of poor service

Good luck getting someone to the counter to take an order. Just wanted a cup of black coffee. The cook looked me in my eyes and kept working, the two woman I could hear but not see were just talking away. There is a bell when the door opens so they knew I was there. It's early, do better. Ppl are trying to get to work as well 😉

Ordered the breakfast meal. Won't ever be back. Eggs were scorched they cooked me a new order off eggs they were scorched also. The sausage was ice cold. Service sucked. Staff was to busy joking and playing around. Not a good look for Hardee's

The workers was very rude. Going to the bathroom and at the same time making everything stop. Waited 50 minutes to get my food just for it to be wrong. Nothing but complaining was going on.

Waited at intercom for about 5 minutes. After me saying hello, I was acknowledged. Was given a total $3.00 higher than it should have been. Got that fixed and paid $8.plus instead of $11 plus change then I waited for my food for about 8 minutes and the fries were gross, the sandwich was ok. Just a bad overall experience.

Slow service today, however the chicken tenders are really good now. They must have changed their recipe. Before they used to take taste like they opened a bag of Purdue and tossed them into the fryer but now they remind me a lot of Zaxby's so I do recommend trying them!

Came through the drive thru 2 days in a row first day Elizabeth was short and no customer service but ok maybe having a bad day we all do got my food and left when I open my bag I didn’t get the hash browns with my combo came through this morning and Elizabeth at the window again and same attitude got to the window and told her I didn’t get my hash browns and she said that’s because they don’t come with it I stated I have always got my has browns with my combo so as she proceeded to add them I heard her say into the headphones she wants a combo and didnt order it so the basis of this story is check ur order before u leave cause they apparently don’t care about customer service

Why are your prices so high? 30 bucks for 2 chicken finger meals. I added a kids meal to that and it was 39 dollars. Who pays 40 dollars for fast food? Not me and most people. I'll go out to dinner and sit down before I give 40 dollars to a drive through for 3 people.
