Disappointing experience at the Hardee’s this morning, in Newberry, FL. We ordered breakfast and paid extra to substitute a chicken fillet on a breakfast platter, but instead received an old fried mystery meat. The gravy had no sausage, the hash browns were cold, and the eggs tasted like they were cooked in old butter or grease. We also ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches and both had a small strip of bacon. For a $24 order, this level of quality and accuracy feels there has been a very big shift in quality control. As I worked in the restaurant industry for years as a teen. There are food and safety regulations in place due to this type of behavior. If the employee was so willing to serve this with no problem, then what kind of respect would they have at their work station or possibly hygiene at work? This lack of respect is what they are willingly giving to a paying public. What are they doing that the public cannot see. The phone number for this site is also disconnected.

What there for lunch and we're not happy campers My hamburger looked like somebody sit on it , and my wife had the chicken tender. They were overdone , and only a few of them to start The counter person asked us whether we wanted medium or large. We thought it was the regular size. When we got our check each one of our entrees , we're charged an extra two dollars apiece.

Went through the drive thru. Was very quick which was nice. Food was good, a little disappointed that they didn't have the bread for the sandwich and the mayo was a little heavy but it was still very good. Chelsey was very nice and very helpful.

Cold Fries straight out the bag. Got home and my #1 burger was smashed and cold. Recycled food left over or cooked prior and stored. $27.00 of my money wasted.

15 mins in drive thru and still a car ahead of us . I go inside pay for my food to have to tell the girl I really don't need a bag at this point just want my food. She had bag in one hand food on the counter but was to bizzy hollering at the cook who was trying very hard to figure out the orders cuz they were put in wrong. Well here fine drive thru girl to talk at same time other girl was to cook now both are yelling at poor guy . They definitely can't move their hands as fast as their mouths . Needless to say my food was cold no napkins no silverware. Try eating biscuits gravy by hand going down the road . Those 3 girls today need to be fire in middle of a bizzy shift show them what public humiliation feels like and give the cook a raise . The worst food and service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. 30 mins of my life I'll never get back

Associates were friendly; acknowledgement was on point; Not sure about food- I was picking up for someone else. Cleanliness was horrible. The rugs entering in and out of the store were nasty. The door was very nasty- not cleaned in months. Parking lot nasty. I would not eat at this Hardee's, due to its appearance.

Good luck getting someone to the counter to take an order. Just wanted a cup of black coffee. The cook looked me in my eyes and kept working, the two woman I could hear but not see were just talking away. There is a bell when the door opens so they knew I was there. It's early, do better. Ppl are trying to get to work as well 😉
Ordered the breakfast meal. Won't ever be back. Eggs were scorched they cooked me a new order off eggs they were scorched also. The sausage was ice cold. Service sucked. Staff was to busy joking and playing around. Not a good look for Hardee's
