On a recent visit: Ice cream machine broken No McCafe stuff No sodas functional at all Fountain juice options were extremely watery And they were out of apple pies Didn't bother myself or my kid but I saw 3 customers decide to go elsewhere while I was there. I hope they get more help from corporate.

There were moggers outside, they were spawn camping the door. I almost crashed out at the NPC at the front desk, but I managed to get out before drake showed up. I saw a dude walking around naked in the parking lot, trying to grind aura for his level 800 girlfriend. On skibidi this gave me a headache

These folks go through so much. It’s a busy day on the release of an item that is infamously tedious to make and everyone is berating the staff here. SO ENTITLED. The staff here carry themselves with respect. They smile (even if it’s teeth gritting at customer rudeness). Shout out to the lovely red head and the lovely black woman who double teamed the counter and took care of everyone flawlessly. Shout out to the cooking team for making my food delicious! Thanks for bringing back snack wraps. Keep up the great work yall! This McDonalds in particular has been my go to for so many reasons and it will stay that way!

Terrible! Burgers are cold, cheese sometimes not melted, fries taste like old grease and soggy. Did I mention them getting your order wrong consistently! Want a late night grab? Fuhget about it! Drive thru systems are always broken, or you'll get an employee talking to you through the speakers telling you they can't take orders just because, even though its 24 hours - they'll just be outside on the side smoking cigs. Don't even remind me of the customer service - employees are rude and don't want to be there! Tbf I can understand why but come on, at least pretend! You're better off going to the one on 43rd or 13th Street, much better quality and service!

Good thing I don't live close by, the manager on duty is rude. I sat in drive thru 8 minutes before the person in front of me drove off. I pulled up to the speakers and no one said anything. The other drive thru lane didn't move either. I park and go in to get just an ice cream cone and manager said they were in the middle of soft change and they were told to stop taking orders. I told her she should have someone outside to explain that and she told me they are supposed to be telling us at the speaker. That's ok for those there but what about the test of the cars wrapped around the building??

Literally the line has been there for almost 20 minutes and the one line is still not moving no one is moving no orders being taken and the second drive-thru line is open but it's not moving either. What the actual heck.
