Sitting in the parking lot I can hear the woman on the intercom legitimately screaming at a man in drive thru. I couldn't really hear what he said but I definitely heard her yelling that he should just leave even though I'm sitting in my car with the windows rolled up. Not the first time I've heard of issues like this at this mcdonalds.

I never post about experiences however this is the worst experience EVER for a customer facing business. One of the supposed managers, TIFFANY, is a different level of unprofessional and shouldn’t be working there.First, we came to order food and was using a mobile code. There was no one in line. When we gave the mobile code the employee told us to go to the second window. I asked if she was taking to me since I hadn’t placed an order and all I did was give a code. She said yes. I stopped at the first window just to be sure and she said to go to the second window. I assumed maybe there system was down and we had to order at the last window.When I go to the second window the girl at the window asked what did we order. I explain that we didn’t order because when we originally tried to order she told us to come to the second window. The girl was confused and called for someone to come help. Another employee came and said we can’t order at this window. We explained again and then they called for the manager, TIFFANY. They try to go to the manager, TIFFANY, and she ignores them and walks to the front counter. They come back to the window and the second girl explain that we can’t order at this window. My wife intervenes and says we need to speak with the manager. The second girl says the manager is going to say the same thing and walks away to get here.The supposed manager, TIFFANY, finally come to the window and immediately says we can’t order at this window without hearing what I have to say. I try to explain what happened and she interrupts me and tells me we can’t order at this window. After I try to explain again what happened she leans out the window and starts clapping her hands and is telling me I can’t order at this window. At this point, I explain I’m not going back around to order since now there are several people behind us. She then says get out my line and slams the window in my face.Another manager eventually comes to the window however we chose not to order at this point.Like I said before, I normally don’t write reviews but in this case, this so called manager TIFFANY. Has no need to be employed at this McDonalds or any other. I have seen various complaints from this location. Obviously if the leadership is this way the employees have no choice but to be the same. Hopefully, any McDonalds leadership will reach out so they can learn about what happens at this location day in and day out.

Not specific to this location. Aggressive pricing from McDonalds is a turn off. I stopped going to McDonalds. Their CEO traded value pricing for corporate greed. Lost site of the mission - low cost, fast and fun. Now just a greedy clown.

We asked for a twerk on a big Mac, they managed part of the redress, however the food was old and cold, and the fries were slightly warm. However, the young man taking our order was good at his job but a smile would have been nice.

Most people don’t understand when you walk into a McDonald’s why you aren’t just taken care of immediately all of the time, let’s help right here…..walk in isn’t the only customer, this is the digital age so as you walk in so did a mobile order, a curb side order, a drive thru order, a door dash order, a grub hub order, and other delivery groups so as you walk up to the counter so did 10 other digital orders so as you stand there cussing and being rude to this employees they are handling the digital customers ahead of you…..have patience or learn to become a digital order also so you don’t have to wait and stand there cussing in front of children….think people…. Think enjoy at McDonald’s

The Owner of this franchise is an elderly wealthy man. Apparently he has appointed HIS SON AS A MANAGER. Maybe to teach him how the company is operated on a day-to-day basis. This YOUNG FELLA NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN GOOD PUBLIC RELATION SKILLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE !! He needs to be reminded that PAYING CUSTOMERS are the very reason that his father is a successful millionare...
