If I could go lower I would. The service at this location has gone down hill so bad. There’s so many times of waiting for food and no one knows what’s going on or where orders are. It’s chaos at best. After waiting all that time the food quality is terrible. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location but probably any other one would be better

Taylor from this store is the sweetest person!!! She chatted with me for so long while I was waiting on the phone with Papa John’s support and then while waiting for my pizza to be remade (because of an issue I caused, the store wasn’t at fault and was actually really generous in rectifying it for me). Thanks for the awesome customer service in every facet, Papa John’s (and Taylor❣️)!

The pizza crust was like doughy cardboard. I would not go back. Should have gone to Villaggios, which was my first thought.

Taylor was so lovely! I’m new to the area and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. She is a very sweet and hard worker and definitely deserves a raise! Also, the food was hot, delicious, and was ready so quickly. I have been to this location 2 other times now, and my experience is always amazing with helpful and friendly employees. I will definitely be back soon!

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AND NEVER GOT IT AND THE STORE WAS CLOSED SO I DROVE TO THE LOCATION TO SEE IF SOMEONE WOULD BE IN THE STORE SO THAT I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK TO REORDER AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND NO ONE ANSWERED I HAD TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND THEY TOLD ME 8 HOURS. I USED MY REWARDS WHICH MADE THE PIZZA CHEAPER NOW ME AND MY KIDS HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WE ARE GOING TO EAT 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND I WAS TRACKING THE DRIVERS LOCATION THE ENTIRE TIME AND ALL OF A SUDDEN IT SAID DELIVERED THE DELIVERY WAS SENT OUT AFTER CLOSING TIME. NOW NOT ONLY DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MONEY THAT WAS IMMEDIATEY TAKEN FROM ME I CANT EVEN GET MY REWARDS BACK IM NEVER ORDERING WITH PAPA JOHNS AGAIN

Taylor was working by herself today and busting her butt to get our order ready. We had a little mishap but she quickly fixed it and went above and beyond. Great to see hard workers like this out there still

I walked in, ordered and paid for a one-topping large pizza. I paid $16.25 + tax, just to find out after I had paid that they offered the same pizza online for take out for $9.99. I mentioned this discrepancy and was told that they have different specials online and in the store. I felt cheated. In addition, when we got home and started eating the pizza, the dough was undercooked.
We had to drive back to get it replaced. Not a good experience at all.

I usually go to this location and the one on 16th for my favorite stuffed crust pizza. I got the cheddar stuffed crust today and it was very good. At this Newberry location Taylor went above and beyond for my order and the pizza she made was very delicious. I definitely recommend getting a stuffed crust pizza from this location in Newberry.

Recently placed an order online for pizza to be delivered for a school function the previous date of the function. Following the order, I called and confirmed with an employee over the phone the time and place as the school has a certain amount of time to eat lunch. The time for the kids to eat rolls around and no food. A notification was sent saying the delivery has been given to door dash. Called papa Jon’s and spoke to the manager, who said sorry basically we can’t get there from here and nothing they can do. Have to call around to find the door dash person and beg them to deliver straight to the school so the kids could eat. Customer service is dead and this is what I get for not going to Villaggios. Won’t make that mistake again.

I just bought a pizza from this store for takeout. I didn’t open and checked it. When I got home, I found the garlic source is open, and it spread out all over the pizza. It looked disgusting. How can this happened? Put an open source in the box?
