I went to the drive-through. The attendant was kind, very professional. The service was excellent. The coffee drinks , yummy . But the banana bread by far is always my favorite very very good !

This place is great, I come here several times a week. The people are nice, above those in other locations, quality is consistent, and everything just works. It really feels like your neighborhood coffee chop as opposed to a major corporation. I am a marketing professor and teach in my class about how Starbucks has to combine speed and soft skills, and this place is a great example of doing just that.

I bought an egg and cheese tray (protein tray) It was dated July 4th but the eggs definitely were spoiled. I told them so they don’t continue selling it to customers. Cashier was understanding but the manager stated they are good through today. I understand that but if a customer is telling you it’s tasting a little funny why wouldn’t you investigate instead of continuing to sell them to people. If a customer says this is spoiled you would think she would say well they are near expiration (today) let me be sure. But nope she said well you can get another one that is dated to expire today. No thanks I’ll take my money back. Hope no one buys this for their child and they don’t know any better eats it and gets sick. Maybe if the right person complains she will handle it better.

Treated my 11 year old daughter pretty bad on her birthday regarding their changed policy to birthday drinks because she didn’t have an ID. Starbucks gives away drinks for next to nothing and this store stood their ground no free birthday drink for her, not even her cake pop. She had her birthday sash and tiara on to start her day with her free Starbucks and the staff didn’t even say “happy birthday” when telling her No. Another friend who shares the same birthday was at another location and not only did they ALL say happy birthday, they even gave her sister a free drink to celebrate (was way more than expected but shows that our location was just being rude to a kid). We were still spending money at the store with additional orders so this was definitely a surprise that this happened. I’ll detour to other locations moving forward for regular days and certainly birthdays. Don’t be known for the birthday drink and use an 11 year old as your example to your “updated policy”. You give dogs a pup cup for less. Pretty bad customer service at Jonesville Starbucks. Way to rain on her parade.

They are always helpful and the drinks are always consistent. App ordering is now better and efficient. Also the store is not in Tioga but next to Sherwin Williams.

Y’all I would usually absolutely avoid the location on Newberry rd because of an experience I had with a moody employee years ago. Today I pulled up to the drive thru speaker in my comforter(because it’s 44 degrees in FL today). I was greeted by Rachel who was not only super kind but graceful! Y’all she built my coffee for me on the spot by just asking if I would like to try certain different flavors. I normally only order on the app because I am that extra customer with all the add-ins lol. But my experience today was beyond me. As an entrepreneur I would value & recognize her skill and technique, she’s a gem and you don’t get many that can naturally flow. To the entire team down to the barista who followed the order, thank you! & thank you the you man at the window who let me add on a warm cake at the last minute! Your time & dedication is appreciated!My coffee was amazing & I’m picky!Thanks again guys!

Not much going on in this Starbucks. Atmosphere is a bit stiff and cold. I guess, that’s in a lot of places in Florida. Too bad for me, I’m a sucker for Starbucks coffee. Can’t imagine without it.

Worst experience ive ever had at Starbucks staff an customer service was horrible, when asked to make our coffee a certain way they rolled there eyes an it wasn't anything extreme just add sugar cookie cold foam, they set our drinks on counter without even saying our names when we realized it was ours it didn't even have the sugar cookie like I PAID FOR !!! when I told the lady she rolled her eyes an sprinkled 3 little sprinkles, I won't be back staff is just flat our RUDEEEE!!!
