This owner doesn’t take coupons and owns a lot of the surrounding Gainesville locations.

VERY RUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Placed a mobile order through app. I got to the store as they were preparing my sandwich. Somehow the order was wrong because the sub was toasted and I never get my sub toasted. I was told that it was not her problem and i needed to contact subway about a refund. Meanwhile employee continued to make my sub even though it was wrong. Looked in the app to cancel order and the employee quickly made sure to mark the order picked up so I couldn’t cancel. I asked for the customer service number because there was nothing in the app and I was told to google it. The lady then gave me a number that was to check a gift card which hangs up on you. There is also no known number to contact an actual person about problems with the app.

Very rude woman was very grumpy when I called aloud: hello could I please have some help? Was standing there counter unattended for five minutes.

They do not accept valid coupons don't go there they are lying making up stories saying it's city of Newberry who is telling them not to accept coupons wht a joke
The staff on duty asked if I wanted items on my sandwich that I was not thinking of as it has been a while since I order from subway. She prepared the sandwich as an artist with a canvas. The condiments and topping were even throughout the sandwich. She was friendly with conversation. The area was very clean in appearance. I enjoyed my sandwich.

The service was great, the one worker was very nice. However, it’s super unfortunate to see someone working alone on a Sunday. I feel like there should be more help, considering it’s a busy day especially at lunchtime. Even if it was a “called out” situation a manager should at least be there to help.

Horrible across the board! Went in a couple of days ago around 5pm and Linda is a poor older woman working by herself! I along with other customers were upset but not at her. We asked her why isn't anyone else working and she said "I've told upper management but they do nothing, I tell them customers get upset with me." It took 20minutes before she could even take my order bc she had online orders to tend to as well. But I waited anyway just to see how long it would actually take. When she finally took my order the lettuce and spinach were not fresh looking or tasting. I actually had to tell her to remove some of it bc it was obviously brown and/or rotting and wilted already. I went a day later to another place and had a completely different experience. If you want a great Subway experience go to the one on Newberry Road across from the mall. Their service, staff, atmosphere, cleanliness, and food are all 10x better! GET LINDA SOME HELP!!!

Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of staff at the establishment I visited. Surprisingly, despite being the sole employee present, they claimed not to work there. To add to the disappointment, they were out of bread, and the employee seemed clueless about the whereabouts of the veggie patty. Upon returning home, I dared to take a single bite of the sandwich, only to be met with a truly dreadful experience. The putrid smell and apparent rotting of the vegetables left much to be desired. Regrettably, this marks my second unfavorable encounter at this particular Subway branch. Henceforth, I must conclude that it is no longer a viable option for me. It appears that the management has undergone a change, and the quality has significantly deteriorated.

My girlfriend and I stop by for lunch. I was in a massive hurry and we encountered the most pleasant employee behind the counter. Kylie was absolutely cheerful and fast past with our process. She was super sweet explaining some item differences to us and all around just a great experience!

Got worse after new management took over. Veggies are always old. Specifically lettuce, spinach and jalapeños. They need to throw out shriveled up veggies.

Standing at the door 10am and looks like they aren't opening on time the girl won't even come to the door. Every other subway says open too but I wonder if it's just this one not actually open guess publix subs today. Answered other questions on what I would have paid.
