Do not go there for Sushi. Not impressed.It took 45 minutes to get the food on a Thursday night. They brought food in different times, we did not eat all at the same time.

Ate here for lunch today, I ordered through the QR code like the sign said. When I tried to pay it said “payment error” with a red X, I tried again with the same outcome so I decided to order inside. A few minutes later they bring me out multiple plates saying I ordered them online, I told them my payment didn’t go through and they said yes it did I can just box this for you. The guy at the counter said he would talk to his boss, went I went inside before I left they said they couldn’t do anything for me and that they were sorry. The food was good but I am so angry to have paid $50 for a lunch. They could’ve at least attempted to be helpful. Be careful how you spend your money here.

I had the crunchy shrimp roll, my wife had the volcano roll. Also we had gyoza fried dumplings. Everything was delicious. With 2 cokes, price was about $40.00. Well worth the cost. See yall next week!

Bamboo in Niceville serves some of the best ramen I’ve ever had.

The broth was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, the noodles are cooked perfectly, and the toppings are fresh and generous.

You can tell real care goes into every bowl. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has a relaxed, welcoming vibe.

Good food but expensive of rice, meat, and vegetables. The prices reflect a Hibachi dinner experience with food being cooked in front of you but this just a fast food Asian food experience.

Two of us had the Tuna roll, 30 minutes after we ate we were home sick with stomach pains and Nausea. Tried it again the next week something has changed. Food isn't as good, maybe new chefs maybe cheaper ingredients but definitely noticeable. This was always the best sushi place makes us sad. Lets hope they turn it around.

Went to Bamboo with my family tonight and it was not good. I ordered grilled salmon plate, got teriyaki salmon instead, my husband ordered chicken panko, ended up getting grilled chicken curry. The Left Hand Stout tasted so sour, to the point where it was undrinkable. Not Only that but the sushi was so mushy and was difficult to eat. We spent $65 for 2/3 orders to be wrong! Everyone was very nice though.

My family and I have come here a few times
Now and it is always delicious. Made fresh to your order.

The Miso soup is better than most places and
Loaded w/tofu:)
The sushi (every kind we’ve tried) has been amazing.
The kids meals are perfect size and great price.

Have zero complaints (been here 6x). Prices are reasonable as is the quantity. My favorite is their house salad w/ginger dressing (nice size salad not a small sampling).

Hubby got the Crestview roll (sorry no image) he ate it while I visited the ladies facilities.
