The food was insane. I ordered the Philly with crazy fries. The sandwich was loaded with tender, flavorful steak and the sauce was perfect. The fries were crispy with the right amount of seasoning, bacon, and drizzle — literally addictive. Portion size was great and everything tasted fresh. Definitely worth it, I’d get this again in a heartbeat. 10/10!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was well worth the drive! My grandmother and I took a 40-minute trip specifically to visit this food truck, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The food was fantastic, and the staff was so friendly that they surprised us with complimentary fries and a drink. I was skeptical about the burger since I'm not a huge bacon fan, but the bacon jam made it taste ungodly. They are truly serious about their craft. If you're in the area, I can't recommend this food truck highly enough!

Visited the Big Red Food Truck on September 21, 2025, and had an awesome experience! The truck is operated by Chef Tommy and his wife, who are both incredibly welcoming. Service was phenomenal—Chef Tommy himself took time to chat with us, and you can tell he’s passionate about his food and his customers.
I ordered the Big Back Smash Burger, and wow—absolutely delicious! Perfect seasoning, cooked just right, and topped with a flavorful garlic aioli that really set it apart. The fries on the side were just as good—crispy, hot, and packed with flavor. My friend ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and let me sample it—another 10/10 dish, especially with that same garlic aioli sauce.
What stood out most (besides the food) was the atmosphere and hospitality. Chef Tommy is a big supporter of law enforcement, fire, EMS, and military, which speaks volumes about the kind of people running this business.
Overall, this was easily one of the best food truck experiences I’ve had—both food and service were top-notch. Highly recommend checking them out, and I’ll definitely be back soon with my wife to try even more of the menu!

The owners are amazing and with kind hearts. they gave a few of us free popsicles when it was pretty hot today and even offered a free drink because I was waiting at the courthouse for a bit. God bless their business please! 🙏❤️
The food here is incredible and extremely consistent! I’ve eaten with them many times (on days where there’s a line out the parking lot and other days when they have more time to socialize) and it is always just as delicious! The owners are so kind and always make it known how happy they are to have you come by. My favorite menu item is the Freightliner Philly with the crazy fries! The Big Red Aioli that they put on the philly makes for a total flavor bomb! Make sure you check their Facebook page for the calendar because this is one food truck you won’t want to miss!
