We got there a bit later in the morning and missed out on the selections. We're headed back in the early morning. The espresso was amazing and our pretzel bombs were out of this world. (The chocolate banana bread had too chocolate chips but I'm not big chocolate fan so my opinion is bias.)Four stars are based on first-time experience. I hardly make reviews; so, making one says a lot.I will update it once we go again.

Popped in on a rainy day for some hot coffee and a piece of blueberry coffeecake (crumbcake?). Ended up adding a sunrise breakfast croissant to my order. It was like six bucks and change but stacked with egg, turkey, bacon, avocado, onion, and mayo. Very solid choice.

The coffee was nice n hot n the regular cinnamon rolls were to die for. They were huge n so very tasty. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The bathroom was clean as well as the whole cafe. Worth the stop.?

Coffee was pretty cold (it was supposed to be a hot latte). It seams like they failed to steam the milk so it drastically changed the temperature of the hot espresso. Temp was just above room temperature. I even like my coffee a little cooler than most people. I’m a wimp I guess but this was unacceptable. Also the flavor of the coffee was barely better than McDonald’s. Not a good way to do business as a coffee cafe. It’s supposed to be all you do.The place is pretty cool. Nice staff. It was better with the last owners or manager or whoever was running the show before.

The employee was so friendly and greeted me with a smile and asked if I had been there before. She told me about their special drinks and regular menu and gave me details about the cinnamon roll I was interested in. The pumpkin cream cheese cinnamon roll was AMAZING and the coffee was delicious!

Went to get scones!! They were delicious, and everyone working was super sweet. I will definitely be going back, and recommend everyone try Cafe Liquid.

I visited today after a year of driving by it while Ive worked in Niceville & unfortunately it will be my last. I got a simple latte, no flavorings or anything & it tasted like watered down coffee. I was very disappointed because the reviews are great but unfortunately I will not be back.
